Great RV park in a charming town! The cabins are a great alternative to the two hotels in town. This is a great destination for hunters to lodge.

The place has completely changed for the better under the new owners! The property is well maintained, updated, and everything works great. The property manager is attentive and responsive. Negative reviews from before 2024 are totally inaccurate!

New ownership is really changing the park for the best. It's now a family-friendly RV park with lots of improvements completed or underway. The renovated game room and the new dog park are excellent additions. And the property manager is incredible!

This was an awesome spot.. amazing comfort and peaceful as well as friendly family environment. Will be coming back

Well it was a 5star park the new owner is changing everything for the worse the are still 500 a month and the want to charge electric with out a meter so they can't do that with out a meter so why they don't say we are going up on rent but that is not what bother me they went up on the very little storage from 20 dollars a month to 48 dollars a month I'm sorry that is a rip off they said so they can rekey the dead bolts on the doors well that means 2 keys and I'm sorry I should be the only one with a key my 2 storage I had my own pad locks on my storage and that was great because no one else has a key the storage is so small I had to have 2 storage and when I unloaded them it all fit in my 6foot bed so I am moving me and my stuff out

This was an awesome place and the managers an awesome lady. Southern hospitality was a blessing.highly recommend

I living here since June of last year and I love it the recently got a new owner they made the great changing to this park there is now a dog park I love it here and wouldn't change it any other way

12/14/21 - We were planning an extended stay here, but ended up staying one night. It is under new ownership, and they are AWESOME! We got there at like 10:30pm and they came out and tried to help us get our big 43' 5th wheel into a spot. Their help was awesome, and I would highly recommend, we just didn't stay because the wifi did not work for us, and our Verizon phones were on extended network, and we really need internet for the hubs job and the kids school.

The new owners are doing a bunch of work and are updating the wifi, unfortunately, it just didn't help us at the moment. They are also working on making bigger spots for bigger RVs, so definitely give them a call! They are very friendly and helpful and are working on upgrades like I said! Also, AT&T apparently works great in the area so if you have that you shouldn't have a problem with your phones working!
