Very welcoming staff. I saw dr. Dorsett i struggle with colorblindness at my job and he did a great job in finding a solution for me. Will definitely be going back if I have any other problems.

Dr. Dorsett and his staff are always friendly and knowledable.

Dr. Dohman cares about his patients eyes. He does not make hasty decisions or take lightly what must be done. He is by far the very best in my humble opinion. I have not been treated by ANYONE in vision care like less than their patient. They are professional. All work very hard to do their very best. I have seen some have a rough day... but they always smile and do their best. Everyone is professional and friendly. Proud of everyone there and I hope they see this and know that they are all awesome!

I’ve been seeing eye DRs for years and last year Dr. Struble discovered a condition that he said takes a while to develop. He is the first Dr to have ever mentioned it. I have yearly eye exams so he feels it is something that has been missed. I’ve been to Dr Struble for 3 years and consider him a number IMHO!

I had a wonderful experience at Vision Care Associates. Dr. Serfoss went above and beyond during my appointment. I am so happy to finally find someone that I can trust to give me the best care for my eyes!

Dr. Dorset is great with my child. We have been going to him for 6 y . My child hates drs and the only one who can only touch him

We are from Washington State visiting family here in South Dakota. Our son broke his glasses accidently, requiring replacement of the 'fishing' line holding the lenses to the frames. We drove into town to Vision Care Associates to see if they could repair them. They promptly helped us, repaired his glasses and sent us in our way, without charge (I was expecting a small fee for the repair)! Thank you for the kind service! We really appreciated it!

Dr. Struble made my appointment go by very easy and was able to answer some questions I had. The staff was very kind and helpful.

My family and I have been coming here for quite a few years and I'm super frustrated about it! The receptionists and most of the staff are rude, and carry themselves like they're better than others but come off miserable! Every time we have an appt we end up waiting for at least a half hr before being taken back and then waiting even longer to be seen. My daughters appt was scheduled for 1:20, we arrived at 1:10, sat in the waiting room until 1:45 and now its 2:15 and we have yet to see the Dr. I really like Dr. Dorsett, hes kind, but well be switching to Barnett Vision!

If I could put zero stars I would… don’t even get me started on this place I could go on this for hours how unprofessional and unreliable they are…

Poor service I ordered my daughter's glasses over a month ago and they never even put the order in just rediclious! But took the money for it complete nonsense never will go back
