These guys are great. Every employee is extremely nice. The prices are good, and the meat (the most important part) is fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend this processor. Jerky, slim jims, steaks, ground, summer sausage, smoked sausage... it's all VERY good here. Last place I had a deer processed was too smokey, but these guys have nailed it.

Fast, friendly, and the meat is great. This was my first year to use them, so I got their breakfast sausage, German sausage, jalepeno/cheese sausage, and hamburger to try'em out... Just picked it up yesterday, so I've only tried the breakfast and German sausage which was top notch, but looking forward to trying it all. Good people!
