Major Automotive Service Center

We are from Arizona and were visiting Texas for a funeral for a family member. Our vehicle and our family were treated very fairly and kindly by this business. I want to extend a special thank you to Mark for honoring my wishes on repairs instead of going along with what the insurance was demanding. He is such a kind and soft-spoken man, but he knows exactly what he's doing, and he does right by his customers. We are so grateful for him and his help getting us back home to Arizona. I also would like to say that Kathy is a pleasure to talk to and work with. She kept us informed and updated on the status of our vehicle. I don't know what we would have done had it not been for Major Automotive repair services in Texas!! If I could give them more stars I would!! Thanks so very much Mark.

On my way to a project job walk I broke down just outside of town in my 1997 Chevy Z71. The crew at Major automotive went out of their way to get me back on the road in a very short time. If you have to break down there’s not a better shop to call for help than these guys. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road Major crew! You guys and fantastic Ms Kathy were a trip saver. Guardian Angels! I was in a real bind... like having no brakes in a strange town on a 5 hour road trip back home kind of bind.

Cathy and Mark took me under their wings and they were honest, reassuring and even gave me a hospitality ride back to my motel until my mother could come get me. Yes, my mom saved me again, lol.

A few days later, I was back on the road and off again on another adventure!

I recommend this company not just because they did a wonderful and prompt job, but because they truly do care.

They have been quick to get to our vehicle, professional, and seem to be fairly priced. The one time they took a little longer to get to our vehicle, they were super apologetic and seemed to do everything they could to get it back to us. I would highly recommend these guys.

Should be a 5 star. Long 5 week wait for fuel rail on 2019 3500. I was just about ready to ask for the parts list and start searching other suppliers. Thinking back, should have suggested that after 3 weeks. Might be good for Major to find a backup parts supplier.

I drive 45 miles to their shop because of their prompt service and I trust them to fix my vehicle correctly. Very knowledgeable owner (Mark) and great mechanics. I highly recommend them.

I had scheduled an appointment. The truck was taken right in and in a very short time, everything was done, and I was able to get on with my day!
The air filter was brought to my attention so that could be handled before the old one caused serious problems. I feel that they are thorough.
On the other hand, I have never been approached by a sales pitch to go above and beyond what is needed.
I like how everyone is so friendly and how helpful they have been, even offering suggestions that work and that saved me a lot of money!

I have always received wonderful service at major auto. They have always diagnosed accurately both of my autos that I have brought to them for repair. I drive 35 miles to have them work on my auto because of that good service.

Quality service and parts- they do the job right every time and none of the headaches - I only take my vehicles to them because I know our vehicles are in great hands !

Added cruise control to my 2011 F250 and did it for about $100 less than estimate. Great job and it works as advertised.

They replaced my radiator on my diesel ‘21 GMC Sierra. Great customer service.

Lifesaver’s! Toyota 4 Runner towing a travel trailer when serpentine belt broke and engine overheated. AAA towed to Major Auto. Although it was close to closing, Mark and his team had us up and running in about an hour. Great customer service from Mark and Kathy. Wish I knew the mechanic’s name, so I could give him props.

I was in a bind and they really took care of me. Fixed my brakes and did a great job!

These guys are awesome. I came in with a fuel pump issue and they turned it around very quickly. Much appreciated.

They diagnosed and repaired my heating and air conditioning problem really quickly. The price for repair was very reasonable. Excellent customer service. I will return in the future and will also recommend to others.

I was quoted a nearly 1,000$ repair from my local Ford house, brought my car to Major's instead, I got My car back sooner than expected, and not only that they found the problem was much simpler than Ford originally said and I paid only around 200$ labor and parts and they were super nice the whole time!! Would definitely recommend.
