I had a great purchasing experience with Hoffpauir! I contacted Michael over the phone, got pricing for a Polaris Ranger 570 over the phone, ordered the unit again over the phone, had to wait three months to receive (no fault of Hoffpauir - Polaris is very busy) and received a call from him the same day it arrived at the dealership. They had the Ranger ready to go by 10 AM the next day and I was finally a "happy camper" on the same day as my Birthday. I would certainly recommend Hoffpauir for your ATV/UTV purchase. I was looking to trade my Polaris 570 and upgrade to a 900. I submitted a trade-in inquiry on the Hoffpauir website. The very next morning I received a phone call from Bryan. He was helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. He got some info from me and the next day had a quote. I live 1.5 hr from their store and the had it ready to go with every accessory I wanted. (Didn't have to wait for any accessories to come in). I am a firm believer in what Hoffpauir does, which is providing great customer service, awesome products and an amazing experience. The guys at Hoffpauir provided exceptional service and great communication when ordering our new custom Polaris Rangers. We went through many options for lift kits, tires, wheels and accessories before settling on the builds and they knew their stuff! It was an easy and enjoyable process, they even delivered the machines to us two hours away.

I had a great experience. Staff were most helpful in many ways from the initial sales contact, communications by phone, assist in decision to buy, in choosing accessories, and day of delivery assistance. Special thanks to Brian and Jerry managing transport to my ranch.
