Cavaleri's Kitchen

Just recently moved to the area and decided to try something new and we definitely made the right decision.
We went to Cavaleri’s and it had such a great atmosphere! it was also very clean and the waiter (Frankie) was very attentive and very helpful when we had questions about the food.
Our food was hot and very flavorful and NOT salty at all and I appreciated that so much!
We got to meet more of the employees right when we were about to leave and they were all very friendly.
We will definitely be going back to try some of their pizza.

True mom & pop Italian diner here. I had a chicken parm sandwich with tater tots, and my wife had the shrimp Alfredo, with a bowl of the tomato bisque soup. The food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Everything we had tasted great, and was no doubt freshly prepared. My only knock on this restaurant is their drinks. $2.75 for a 12 oz can of Coke is simply not reasonable, so we drank water. Otherwise, really great find that we just stumbled across, and I love it when I can give support to small businesses.

Best Italian in San Patricio County! We drive from out of town just to eat here. I figured it was time to get my review in since I do most other places.

My favorite is the sausage gnocchi’s. So delicious and the creamy homemade tomato sauce stuff is to die for.

Don’t forget desert! It’s homemade and the strawberry cheesecake is the chef’s kiss! 🥰🥰🥰

Great little Italian restaurant! Nice menu options and good service. There was only one person to seat and serve us, but others came out from the kitchen carrying plates and helping out as needed. It was a busy lunch time and they made everything work very well. We had the calamari, creamy chicken mushroom soup, lasagna and Capellini Cavaleri. All were prepared well and tasted wonderful. We also shared the Bourbon Bread Pudding. Excellent! We were very pleased and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place if you are near Sinton!

Started with an excellent Tomato Basil soup. Ordered the cheese ravioli with Italian sausage. Fresh, full of flavor. Great service, cool little place. Will definitely have to try the Pizza and Pasta buffet on my return trip.

I’m from Minnesota and was vacationing in SPI, TX. Being a Navy veteran and having served in Kingsville had an opportunity to meet an old Navy friend from Houston. Picked this place because of the reviews and both of us were very impressed with the food and service. We both drove 3hrs and I’d definitely do it again just for the food. The waitress explained how everything was made scratch and that knowing how things are made is just as important as bringing your food. Wish I could eat like a horse and try everything. Definitely make it on my list next time I’m in Texas!!!

Excellent food. Went with the whole family and our experience was great. Kiddos loved the food.

Only drawback was our kids refills were charged.

Service was also excellent.

Highly recommend if your in the area.

We were accidentally coming through Sinton late in the evening and starving. Looking for a quick place to grab a bite to eat and this suggestion popped up on Google. I had heard others rave about the food so we decided to stop. Not to be disappointed we were treated to a spectacular meal, the kind you unbutton your Jeans for the ride home. And we still have enough left overs for 2 full meals tomorrow! Prices are extremely reasonable, the food flavor was out of this world. Everything was fresh Including the spices that were used. Probably some of the best Italian Food I have had since moving to Texas. They are currently working on their air conditioning system. But if you can handle the heat or stop by on a cool day it is absolutely worth the drive to Sinton!

Loved this small town bistro! Excellent food and ambiance. Menu has a lot to choose from and everything we ordered was very good. Was over from Rockport and man, what a find. Will definitely be back to Cavaleri's Kitchen in Sinton, Texas!

I found out at a Farmers Market in Rockport about Cavaleris Kitchen. So glad I did. Visited the restaurant last week and saw them again today in Rockport. Of course I picked more of that delicious Tomato Basil Soup. So so good!!

Small scratch kitchen. Everything we had was good, the pizza was delicious, the pasta dish I had was well prepared and tasty. The pizza dough and the bread were house made, and for me, the bread was outstanding. The lunch buffet is well supplied and fast, the menu items take a little time to prepare but are worth the wait!

Great homemade pasta even an all you can eat for those real hungry. Friendly staff worth a try.

Sinton is so lucky to have this gem!!! The Italian sausage gnocchi is quite possibly the most delicious thing I've ever eaten, but there is nothing bad on the menu. They make their own dressings, you can BYOB wine or other drinks, and their desserts are phenomenal! Service is warm and friendly. Check it out!!!

Great food, service was good but the crowd slowed them down a bit but WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!

A fantastic modern Italian dining experience in a place where it isn't always available. Excellent design, both inside and out, are only one half of what makes this restaurant great. The other half is great food. The lasagna was excellent, and the salad was delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

great food. one waitress but served 32 people in no time at all. would return. the spaghetti was fabulous.

This is an excellent restaurant. The meals are delicious. The desserts are to die for. The bread is delicious.

I had eaten here before, and decided to take my mother and aunt(who hates Italian food) while in town. We ordered the half baguette and artichoke dip and I didn't hear one peep out of either one... We ordered the Steak, the fish and stuffed raviolis... we all shared amongst each other and they were blown away, the sauces, the flavors, the friendly helpful staff, it was an amazing dinner. It made my aunt change her saying she likes good Italian food now. We met the Chef, amazingly humble man and so skilled with everything from scratch and in house made. This place is truly a hidden gem in Sinton. I thank yall again for the meal, it was fantastic. Only sad I had no room for dessert cause oh man those cakes were screaming at me...

Stopped on the way home because we were craving Italian food and love trying new places. The food and ambiance are awesome! Had the sampler which was excellent and the gnocchi which was by far the best I’ve ever had. Loved the whole experience and we’ll definitely make a point of coming back
Update: came back on our way home from a day trip and the food was even better than we remembered. Everything made from scratch and super fresh. Definitely be back again!!
