As soon as I walked in I was impressed. The lobby is super cute and has a rustic look to it. Staff was friendly and thank you for allowing us to check-in early. Room was prepared and clean. Sheets and towels are a decent quality. Mattress passed the bedbug test and while there are no USB ports, don't most of us carry a block anyway? Vending machines take a credit card and are nicely stocked. There aren't any restaurants or shopping within walking distance but you can get anything you could possibly want to eat next door at Classic Corner. Thank you for having us.

Traveling alone with my dog and felt safe and had a great night's sleep. My dog loved the bed and accommodations as well.

We were able to book the last room available on a busy weekend, as we did not have advance reservations. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Need a place to stay on your way to Sturgis? I'll just say it's convenient right next to the gas station and right as you pull into Madison South Dakota. It had a swimming pool, breakfast in the a.m., and fresh and clean rooms with friendly desk service!

Stayed 1-night while visiting my son. Got into town early, and they approved an early check-in because my room had already been cleaned. Big common area had people quietly relaxing there, and a few kids were in the indoor pool which is located on south end of building where the noise can’t bother anyone. Room was large, clean, and comfortably furnished. Staff was friendly, and coffee and breakfast in the morning was nice. Great experience! :)

Totally awesome hotel. Very quiet no slamming of the doors very very clean. They had an awesome breakfast every morning.
And the people who worked there were super friendly. I will be delighted to go and stay there again.
Only sad thing was I forgot my swimming suit and didn't get to go swimming in their gorgeous pool

Great hometown hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms! When I checked in, I was wondering where the front desk staff was… then he came out of nowhere with his full winter gear on. He was shoveling in the middle of a winter storm! Amazing dedication to their guests. Highly recommend!

The Hotel was so good clean and tidy
The breakfast was fresh aand healthy. The front desk at nights are more helpful and friendly all the time. I rommended this Hotel to be the be best place to stay in Madison.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I stayed two nights and this hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was great, super clean, no complaints! But the lobby is where I was pleasantly surprised! They have an awesome coffee stop that has the usual add-ins available (sugar, sweet n low, creamer, etc) but they also had Torani syrups (in raspu, hazelnut, and vanilla) and they had tea available, too! And their breakfast was so impressive!! Make your own waffle, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, yogurt, 4 different cereals, bagels, biscuits w/gravy, danishes. That's just what I can remember! The staff is also super friendly! If you're in the area and need a hotel you will *not* go wrong if you go with the AmericInn! 👍🏻👍🏻

Also- I didn't go to the pool/hot tub area so I can't attest to it's quality!

I recently stayed at AmericInn Madison,South Dakota.I would definitely stay there again.
It was very quiet,clean,and a good continental breakfast was served.A good bonus was free coffee is offered 24 hrs. a day in the lobby.

Great pool and hot tub! Check in was very fast and friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.Nice hotel staff was super nice.The night clerk (Sawan) was very helpful and professional and the breakfast was hot in the morning.

We are very pleased with our accommendation and service during our stay in Madison SD. We would recommend them to our friends and family. Although it is a small facility it had all the services that was needed to make our stay comfortable for us.

Clean room with comfortable bed. The indoor pool was great, very clean area. Location is convenient. Employees friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would stay again.

Always a treat to stay here. Huge John Green fans. We own 4 originals and love seeing his artwork in every room at the AmeriInn in Madison. Our father was his art teacher in high school there decades ago. Motel is always clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast yummy. Coffee always on and hot. We stay here every time through Madison, SD.

I try to always stay at this location when visiting Madison, and I always have a great stay with phenomena service! Spacious, clean rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast- definitely an amazing place to stay!

The location was good, with a convenience store less than a block away. The rooms are well kept and spacious, there are no mini fridges though.

The beds were so comfy!! I never am able to sleep in hotels and I slept so well!! The breakfast was really good as well!!
