Hartz Chicken Buffet #201

Wow, I haven't eaten at a Hartz since I was a kid! It was a weekly deal for my family in AL until they became run down and dirty. This location could use some TLC, but the food doesn't!! I had forgotten how good the chicken and veggies are on the buffet! Service was great. I so wish Hartz could get a cash infusion and regrow the brand. It really is great food! The yeast rolls alone are worth the stop! Gonna start looking for Hartz locations again

I haven't eaten here for years, but my wife has and said it was good. Oh my, it was great! Lots to choose from on the buffet, good salad buffet and everything was delicious! The service was great and friendly. Wow, you need to treat yourself Liberty folks. Price was realistic for what they offer. The atmosphere is like fast food but the food is like a nicer restaurant.

Had never tried this location. Because of the construction on 59 had to take a different route home. Usually stop at the Hartz in Cleveland but pleasantly surprised. Top notch food and clean restaurant. Only downside was ice cream machine was down so had to settle for just hot cobbler for desert!

Absolutely, everything's perfect for casual dining! This restaurant restores my faith in eating out! I've been here many times and love that everything's consistently perfect! Management here should be studied by other restaurant managers because few are equally good! The staff here is totally helpful. Food is plentiful and tasty! Spacious seating! Very reasonable prices. I always look forward to eating here because it's by far my favorite restaurant in Liberty!

Very clean,i was impressed.Coz ive been to some Hartz buffet but they werent as organized and clean as this store.Friendly staffs and to be honest,i like seeing how people at the restaurants greet each other as if their neighbors even if not.Very homey.Tasty foods.My favorite was friend liver,dip into vinegar.Gosh it tasted very good!i like all their foods.

I have always appreciated this restaurant. They have so much on the menu that I can't decide. Therefore, I will eat from the buffet. An employee is constantly checking the buffet. Cleaning it, replacing things and making sure the food is the correct temperature.
When I have gone through the drive thru, I have not received an incorrect order once. I tip the drive thru cashier, for they are the one who checks the order.

They have done an amazing job at the Hartz in liberty, Texas. Dayton's Hartz has always been mine and my family's favorite for as long as I can remember, well now that liberty has opened theirs and also has the sweet coleslaw recipe as Dayton they have definitely IMPRESSED ME.. THANK U FOR A LOCAL FRANCHISE THAT IS WORTH SPENDING THE MONEY ON

We go to the liberty Texas Hartz location a few times a month we drive 30 minutes to go. The food is always fresh and delicious. There is so much to choose from. The employees are so nice always checking on us and asking if we need anything and even ask if there is something that we want that may not be on the buffet yet. They always recognize us and thank us for coming in. We have been going to this location since it opened years ago and will continue to do so

Since the restaurant has changed management the food, service is not as good as previous management. On take out orders at least one item is left off. In my case one time the fried okra was missing another time the roll was left out of my order. Not a happy customer of the Liberty location.

Great flavor on all the foods. The only place I know to get gizzards and livers fried just right. Desserts and salads are fantastic and always fresh.

Love this place. The customer service is excellent. These guys really do put the customer first. The food is always fresh and tasty. My favorites are the catfish, black eyed peas, cabbage and fresh greens. Yummy!

My husband has told me over and over that every Hartz is different and today is the first time I have agreed with him! This location is clean and has a wide variety of FRESH food on the buffet. This will be the only one we come to from now on.

Food was hot and fresh restaurant was clean everyone was sweet and friendly. Great experience all around.
