I got this insurance because my parents spoke highly of them. Since I've been with them it has been nothing but trouble. My insurance has been cancelled several times on accident. I call to see why i got letters of cancellation and they say ,"sorry it was a mistake we restarted your service." Then when bundling packages they fail to tell you all the details. You call to get the details about your plan and charges for your plan and they give you the run around. The reps are rude and lie to your face. I've never been so dissatisfied. I recommend no one use them for insurance ever.
