Fixing a leaky pipe for my daughter. Lucky to find them and they had what I needed.

Rocky roughed in our house, then did the finish plumbing. The first septic tank he put in floated, so he replaced it. A few years later, we started having trouble with it backing up and leaking. We had to have the whole thing replaced, and the new contractor found that Rocky had put the last 6 feet of the line from the house to the tank going uphill because he didn't bury the tank deep enough. That little shortcut cost us $15,000. He was so late getting the propane lines run for the fireplace that the fireplace installers couldn't connect everything. The end of construction cleaners couldn't clean the house with water because Rocky didn't finish connecting it on time, either. There were also little things like faucet handles not matching in angle, and the hot and cold water being mixed up in one of the showers. Honestly, he was unreliable, late, and overpriced (he upped his bid by $5000 after he broke several large pieces of equipment digging the hole for the first septic system).
