The staff was very helpful and nice.

Every single time I go there they are rude they treat me so disrespectful they talk to me like I am a child when I’m simple just trying to get my stuff figured out. I go in there sweet and nice and all I get back is disrespect and them talking behind my back. Don’t go here they really know how to mess up someone’s day. Not only that they are so complicated they tell me one thing then change it 10 minute later. Hope this helps have a great day 😊.

Victoria Torres at Texas Health and Human Services Department at 1115 E Sinton St, Sinton, TX 78387 was very RUDE and unsympathetic. She judges you as soon as you walk in the door, not knowing your circumstances. She makes you feel like you are at the office just for a free handout. Some individuals actually need the help due to unforeseen circumstances (spouse laid off, spouse injured in the line of duty, spouse deceased) but she treats you very unprofessional. She needs to be fired or moved elsewhere; preferably somewhere in the back where she has no human interaction.
