Well,1st of all,they've relocated to a totally different area of town. The directions on Maps are incorrect!!! It's actually all the way down the main street through Sinton. When you see the Dairy Queen on the left,take a left at the stoplight before that. On the next block,go right and it will be behind the DQ on the right. The employees are very friendly and efficient. I was I'm and out in about 20 minutes total to replace my driver's license. I made the appointment online(required!!!)&,even though I was late,they still served me.

Very fast, and semi easy. You have to have 2 forms of ID (social and picture ID) as well as birth certificate & 2 forms of residency. Please come with all of these things or you're gonna leave angry. Lol

The clerk who helped me was remarkably patient, professional, and treated everyone like a human being. My scheduled appointment was on time. It was well worth the drive from San Antonio to get an appointment that wasn't months away. Thank you Karen and Sinton DPS for the wonderful customer service!

Most amazing driver's license office experience! We live in Buda but vacation in Aransas often and chose to take our son to the Sinton DPS office for both his permit and his driver's license. This was due to the unavailability of appointments anywhere in Central Texas for months. From prior experience with DPS in our area, I've dreaded the visits for driver license services but Sinton DPS office has changed my perspective. Today, when we went for my son's licensing appointment, the employee realized I'd forgotten to schedule the road test portion. My heart sank and my son looked devastated. Instead of admonishing and humiliating me as the offices in my home region seem to prefer, the employee (I wish I remembered to ask her name) was kind & patient and actually offered to help locate an office nearby that may have had a cancellation. She said she had one two hours later. I overheard other employees being just as awesome as she was. Just a great experience that compelled me to post this review. I am very grateful.

Great DPS office. Drove here from San Antonio due to availability. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office for your drivers license and ID needs. Keep up the good job👍
Just make sure you do the posted speed limits as there is a lot of police in this little town. The court house is really cool as well. Nice building.

I was very pleased with my DPS experience in Sinton, Texas. The lobby was clean and cool and not crowded at all. I had made an appointment and I was in and out very quickly for my DL renewal. The lady who took care of me was very helpful and patient, I mean seriously patient and polite. I felt like I was her sole concern. I dreaded having to go and do this but the Sinton DPS (and a side trip to the Butter Churn down the street) and the caring employees made a chore into a pleasure. You all are awesome, thank you!

All of the ladies here went way beyond what I was expecting. They were extremely helpful and very pleasant. I hope the ladies know how much I appreciate them. One lady was a supervisor from Corpus Christi. I highly recommend this DPS. I also believe that these ladies deserve a big pay raise.

This DPS office is Awesome! Waiting is minimal 5 to 10 minutes tops. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Claudia is the lady who helped us and she was so nice and very helpful! Will definitely go back for all future renewals. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you Claudia for making our trip to DPS office a pleasant experience.

Wow. Made an appointment to renew TDL, walked in filled out paperwork, and was finished quickly. Great staff. No crowd. I make the 30 minute drive here to avoid the crazy busy CC office.

This is a great little office. It is by appointment only, but the ladies who work here are very good about answering questions for people who walk in. I recently renewed my license with Latrice, she was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. The office is cleaned throughout the day and in between customers.

I was only there like 15 minutes the most 💜 Ms. Latrice Sellers is the Best! Really nice and Professional ,, so much patience ! she’s your go to girl💙 there are no people there so you are in and out .

I love this office!! When I lived in Flour Bluff I would drive all the way just to deal with Latrice. Very professional, very nice, and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great staff, Covid precautions and clean place.

Love this place should of been going there from the beginning. The staff is friendly and fast.i waited 20-30 minutes for the whole process. It's a bit of a drive but worth it without having to wait 3 to 4 hours and have rude staff at the main office..

Both times i came to the Sinton DPS location, i had the pleasure of having Lattrice Sellers for my DPS agent. I have never been to a DMV office and have someone so patient and kind to talk to. I was mistaken on my test date and Ms. Sellers found room and squeezed me in for testing, which was very nice because i live quite a distance away from Sinton. Plus, the facility is very clean and offers quick and very helpful service.

Went in today to get drivers license. Thought I had all documents needed... I was wrong. The lady that helped me was really understanding, nice and patient while I pulled resources to get everything together that she needed from me. Did not have long wait for appointment either.

Wanting to avoid the hours long nightmare that is usually the Corpus driver's license office, we drove to Sinton in order to renew my DL. The folks were SO nice (thanks, Tina!), and the entire process, in all honesty, took approximately 15 minutes...20 max. Deciding to just make an outing out of it we then drove to the Welder Park, had a little walk, and afterwards on to a local cafe. We took the quiet, back way home. It was GREAT!

Love this place. All the staff was helpful and professional. Clean office. Quick and they made it really easy.

I love this place. I hate to have to deal with expired license's and all that adult stuff but these ladies have been so helpful! I appreciate them so much. I have had a difficult time renewing due to covid and someone stealing my plates off my car..but they have helped me reschedule and get it taken care of quickly and as painless as possible!!!

This place is so fast and awesome ! I walked in at 8:06 am and was done by 8:45am! Employee Latrice Sellers was so awesome and friendly as well loved her ! Keep up the great work😊
