Mesquite Oasis RV Park and Corporate Housing

My husband and I travel all over the USA for work and this is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! The lady that runs it (Rhonda), is the sweetest! She is so helpful and kind. As is all the staff. When we were there they had made a Christmas dinner and the summer they had an awesome crawfish boil at the community building. The laundry is huge and clean,there’s a workout room. Dog wash station. Indoor basketball, individual shower rooms, a pond! We love the place! Can’t wait to go back again!!!!

This is a nice place to stay has a gym and laundry mat if you stay in one of the trailer rooms you get room service once a week.

This place really does look out for its tenants. It's a nice gated area that offers plenty of space between campers. Its definitely a family welcoming park. They have there own playground, pool, indoor baskeyball courts and gym. Also a catch and release fishing pond. It seems like every 2 weeks there is a new flyer on my camper door for some event welcoming all guess. Or. They just want to cook for you. They give everyone there privacy. I love this place.

Stayed here for 6 months due to travel assignment. GREAT STAFF, GREAT LOCATION! This park is gated, quiet, and clean. I worked night shift so sleeping during the day was a MUST- never had issues with noise.

Absolutely loved staying here. We were here for for about 7 months and never had a single issue. The staff was wonderful. We always felt very safe here also with it having the locked gate. The playground for the kids was great as well as the pool and laundry/bath facilities!

Great playground for the kids, pond with fountain to relax by, new pavilions with tables, lovely landscape by the cute office. Manager Rhonda is very kind and patriotic. We did not use the new rec hall or laundry but I am sure they are nice:) Good water pressure and Wi-Fi.

I personally loved this rv park! The park was spacious, clean, the workers are super friendly! Out of all the rv parks between Odessa and Midland in my opinion this one was the best! Literally has everything you need, clean laundry area, pool, wifi, playground area for the kids and more! Highly recommend

Stayed here for a whole year, it’s an awesome park, friendly staff, great amenities, great laundry facilities, gym, showers, we enjoyed the playground and pool during season, the staff was always nice and great help, main priority for me was that I always felt safe! I will definitely be staying here again when time comes.

Stayed here for a whole year. Absolutely best spot in odessa. Off the well beaten paths we all know and quiet. Staff is amazing and treats all residents with respect. Had my kids a lot and had no problems with safety and accommodations. Will always recommend this spot. Thank you Wendy and Billy!!!!!

Great park!! Management is friendly, personable, and attentive. Billie and Wendy both live on site and go above and beyond to make it feel like home. Great amenities, plenty to do, and anything you need within a few miles! Definitely recommend!

Before, I begin this review want to make a general statement.

If your wanting to travel and stay in West Texas BEWARE. This part of Texas is the Permian Basin. In other words, oil country. All RV parks have long term residents and there is lots of traffic and noise. Oilfield personnel work 7 days a week, large equipment trucks, semi trucks, and more trucks.

Please don't leave negative comments about noise and permanent residents living on site. It is what it is, just head on down the road you'll be much happier. There are nice State Parks, try Monahans or Colorado City state park.

That being said my review.

So far the best park we've stayed in. This park is awesome.

New park. RV and temporary housing for oilfield and traveling professionals.

🚌 Hugh rv sites, long and wide. Both back in and pull through sites. 50 and 30 amp. Excellent wifi and cable.

🚌 Family and pet friendly

🚌 Outdoor pool, indoor basketball court, exercise room, large and spacious laundromat, lounge with big screen TV. Private bathrooms with shower in one room.

🚌 Club house with outside grills. Fishing pond. Dog park with pond. Bathing room for you fur babies.

🚌 Covered picnic tables throughout park.

🚌 Playground for your kids.

🚌 Quiet and friendly neighbors throughout

Daryl the owner designed this park. Did a great job in what an rver is looking for on a monthly, weekly or daily stay.

Budget: monthly is about $785 a month. But includes everything even electricity.

**** Not bad, but ----- because it is a new park no shade.

Took shower and had to wait and waste water before it got hot. But I'm not paying for water, just hate to waste it.

Hint: At our site #94 had weeds that had small burrs. Dogs got burrs in paws. I got burrs in my shoes and feet, tracking into rv and carpeting. These burrs hurt.

This rv park is a real gem. Try it you won't regret visiting. You won't be disappointed . I've stayed in many parks from Arizona to Alaska, Montana, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico. This is #1 on my come back to list when in this area.

Stayed here for work. Very easy to get reservations and extend stays when required. Wonderful staff and very clean living quarters. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

I moved here in December of 2022 and it was the best choice! The facilities are literally an oasis in the desert! Staff is phenomenal, prices are unbelievably low for all amenities. The pool is great, the community is amazing and I loved having access to a large, private hot shower after working in the cold. The laundry facilities are exceptional compared to other parks in the area as well. Add the indoor gym, fish pond and community room with large TVs and cable… you don’t need anything else. I’ve been here nine months now and cannot recommend this place enough! Also, they are constantly updating and improving all of the different features and landscaping, which is amazing considering the cost of that when my rates have never changed. It’s also now GATED!!

My family has stayed at Mesquite Oasis twice now. It is hands down our favorite place to stay in the entirety of the Permian Basin. There are so many things for the kids to do. The dreaded “I’m bored” is not a thing when calling this place home. Fishing, swimming, playing basketball in the gym, playing in the playground or even just a safe night time walk are luxuries that are rare in campgrounds, but are found here. The staff is very personable. They made our stay stress free. We also felt they made safety of ourselves and belongings a top priority. Can’t wait to go back!

Mesquite Oasis is an awesome RV park for families!! All of the park staff are very nice and helpful. The sites are spacious. The pool and playground are great for the kids. The laundry room is huge with a lot of washers and dryers. We stayed here for 3 months and if we're ever back in Odessa this is where we will stay!!!

Great place to stay! Especially if you have kids. Management is fantastic. The family and I spent a little over two years at Oasis RV.
Great accommodations, with the fishing pond, playground, swimming pool, and awesome rec room. Great for hanging out and cookouts. Highly recommend to anyone that is needing to stay in the Odessa area.

Excellent place to call home! Staff are all very wonderful and they work very hard to keep everything in great order. Big spaces and very comfortable. Best park in the area!

This park is great, it’s the first one I’ve been to that the wifi actually works on our tvs. The laundry room is large & has a seating area, my kids loved the playground and we tried out the fish pond.

The management is very nice! We were sad to not have been able to stay here longer. I appreciate that they enforce the speed limit to with having kids.

The only bad this is there are goat heads (giant stickers) everywhere. But that’s just because it’s Odessa 🤷🏻‍♀

There's plenty to do there for the kids. I love the pond and the fact they have a playground for the kids
