Beaver Dam Trail Trailhead

Truly, almost heaven.

This trail is about 1 mile in each direction (despite what the map says). A little grown over in spots. There are some deer/human trails that veer off the main trail, so beware. Once you get past the half way point stick to the right to make it to the beaver dam. Definitely some ankle twisters along the way, so stay vigilant as you're walking. Over all beautiful area and a few degrees cooler than down the mountain. It took us a bit longer to navigate than most people due to having a toddler that had to be carried most of the way due to the conditions of the trail.
