Went Camping with my family. We had a great time!

We stayed here in a cabin overnight while traveling south and back again to visit my parents. The cabin that we stayed in was completely perfect for our needs. Complete with a fridge and an air conditioner, the accommodations we great for our 90+ degree weather. The views were great and bathrooms were clean. We agree that we would definitely stay here again. For you horticulturists, it was the trees knees!

Sidenote, there are no mattresses or bedding in the cabins. Remember to bring your own! As regular tent campers, we were prepared.

One of the cleanest campgrounds I've camped at. The hosts make you feel welcome and the staff say busy upkeeping the grounds. It's quiet,relaxing, and scenic. The trails are very nicely kept. Highly recommend this campground!

We love camping at Dolen lake! The only thing is that everyone had dogs and some campers left and didn't pick up their dog💩 and also let their dogs💩 at other campsites that weren't occupied. How sad. Btw i picked up ours. We will definitely be back!!

Great place, beautiful lake with excellent fishing, family friendly, has playground. It also has great walking trails, that are kept mowed, and even cabins u can stay for a little comfort camping, clean shower house and bathrooms.,Just got back from 4 days still clean awesome place

I was looking for a campground where we can fish right from our campsite and that is what we got! Such a beautiful place. The lake has algae by the shoreline that is a nuisance. And there is a large fishing pier too
Campers can pull up their boats to shore and tie off.
Not a lot of privacy between sites that are lakefront, but they are big sites. There are nice hiking trails in and around the campground. Beautiful, secluded tent sites also. Quiet place. Facilities are clean.

Wonderful place to camp and fish. Our family does a reunion here every year, we have only been twice but both times the kids and is had a blast.

Nice place to visit for camping and trekking.
Fellow campers were very nice.

I truly enjoy Dolan Lake. We made great friends and had beautiful weather. The campers are not on top of each other and I recommend it highly.

Place is a deer gold mine! The timber is well taken care of and clean!

It’s a gem! Well cared for, friendly, not crowded but not lonely. Walk in site #1 was worth the short “hike” and lack of power. I had T mobile and att lte. Bathroom was very clean. Very much enjoyed my stay

Great park, clean, and wonderful trails - especially for trail runners.

We just bought our camper and Dolen Lake was our first camper experience. We had a great time can't wait to go back and try some fishing in the beautiful lake. We had no problems parking the camper (28 footer with side-outs) . WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE THE WHOLE FAMILY .

Very nice place. I wish the restaurant was still operating. It was great being able to eat and look at the beautiful scenery. Aside from that, it's a great place to go fishing, kayaking, picnicking, etc... There are some little trails you can hike, too. I've never been camping there or stayed in the little cabins, but that all looks very nice too.

Excellent place to stay the night. We got a cabin, and it was very clean and comfortable. There was a power outlet, AC, and a mini fridge. I was delighted to find the pond/lake very tranquil and beautiful. The bathrooms and showers were excellent, more than I expected for such a small park. This was a great find.

We came to camp in November 2015 and luckily were asked to be the hosts. We love this beautiful lake and campground! Hopefully we will be here for quite some time. So many nice people and a few stinkers (LOL). Such a great crew of state workers keep this park awesome.

We had a good walk out there and was a beautiful day to explore the environment
