Fareway Meat and Grocery

Everyone is very lovely and helpful when I can't find an item that I'm looking for. Also a great place as a starter job for teens. The ones I have encountered working there, seem to enjoy their job and always have smiles at this location.

Nice, simple, small, kind people. They have the basic needs for your house, food and hygiene products. I like that they help you to your car with your groceries. Atmosphere is enjoyable. Would shop here again.

My favorite grocery store. Friendly staff,can locate most thing easily. Bag up your purchases and take them to your car. Love their meat dept.

This is our go to place for groceries. You are treated like family here. Be sure to ask for Steve the meat manager. Great guy!

Best Meat Department in town. The seafood and fish are never frozen and always fresh when available. Plus, the guys behind the meat counter are gentlemen and the best in the business.

While this store is smaller than their local competitor, they do so many things better! They still value real customer service & interaction with human beings & not machines. They don't have self check outs that make customers the employee, & their employees assist customers by taking their groceries to their cars & loading them inside. These things, as well as their convenient locations make Fareway the place to go!

Nice and clean store with a friendly staff and an awesome meat department and bakery for fresh goods. Prices are reasonable in comparison and usually pretty good sales. I definitely like Fairway stores.

This place gets a little crowded between 4-6pm.

The best grocery store around in my opinion. Plenty of selection at fairly decent prices. The employees are the friendliest of any grocery store in town. The meat counter has a very large selection of product too.

Great place to shop for groceries

I love Fareway...but this evening I had my first ever unpleasant experience with a manager over an item they have for sale, in the ad, but not in the store. I wanted to replace the family size with 2 of the smaller pkgs (weight is the same), price matched up perfectly, but he gave me a hard time over it. This is not the first time they were out of these but when they were out of them before, the other manager was very kind and pleasant about matching up since they were out of them for well over a week. I have nothing bad to say about Fareway though. Great prices. Very friendly & courteous employees, store is always clean and my favorite part is the small family like appeal. Hate the bigger box stores. Ill go if I ABSOLUTELY have to, but only then. I also like that Fareway is off on Sundays. May not be the true Sabbath but its more than 99.8% of other stores do. ;)

Best meat counter I've ever found! Staff is always nice and friendly!

Staff was very friendly which makes you feel welcomed. They had quite a variety. Store was clean.
Prices seemed competitive compared to others. We purchased meat and veggiea and It was fresh!

The place to get groceries . We go there first , the meat department is the best . They carry out your groceries for you . It is the grocery store in Sioux City. Only thing missing in Fareway is fresh sea food .

Online grocery shopping far exceeds Hyvee's service. Give Fareway a try Also, very helpful in store.

Self checkout is good. Even have people who take your items out to vehicle. Athena melons awesome. Getting used to the new layout.

Like usual, the carts were ready, the aisles were straightened and there was plenty of help. This store consistently the way it should be. I appreciate having it in my neighborhood.
