The best place for smoked fish, I mean BEST place. Their smoked salmon is by far the best smoked salmon I've ever had. They also take that same amazing salmon and make it into a dip/spread which is phenomenal.

I've never been disappointed with their smoked products.

I bought some of their smoked salmon on a whim from the Port Austin Farmers Market. Now I'm back in kentucky and I wish I had bought 3 pounds of it! This is the best salmon I've ever had! The smoke and the fish pair so well! It's a perfectly balance taste! You can see the smoke grill marks and the salmon is not died out at all. There is plenty of that delicious salmon oil ( I call it fish liquor haha) and the fish easily flakes off the skin. I will be back asap!
