Good food, great price and amazing staff. We came in to get breakfast before going to see the fish hatchery down the road. We got the eggs benedict and the hungry man skillet. They were nice enough to sub the eggs on my skillet for fruit. The waitress was also very attentive and made sure we had coffee, water and everything was good. The price was hard to beat for the flavor.

Really good food and the nicest service. They are pretty fast even on a busy Sunday morning. I've stopped a few times and it's always good. This last weekend we really enjoyed our visit and the good food and service. It's a great team you have working there.

What a lovely unexpected gem found in somewhat the middle of nowhere. Got the fish and chips, chicken fingers and cookies n' cream pie. All food was fresh, hot (except the pie) and delicious. It was served promptly and the waitress was very friendly and appropriately attentive.

If you are in the area, likely passing through, I would highly recommend stopping here, it was so worth it and very reasonably priced.

While I was mostly done eating my salad our food showed up! Very fast food for it being cooked and tasted very good had the hamburger steak. Cooked to my likings and the turkey fajita soup was amazing! Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Food and service were excellent as usual. We had a great breakfast of country fried steak and eggs and ham n eggs. Both came on 2 plates. Great stuff.

Fantastic Mom and Pop, Homestyle restaurant, with great all American, comfort dishes at a good price and friendly, attentive staff. We had both breakfast and lunch here and all the meals were delicious. Excellent Country fried steak and eggs with outstanding gravy. Also recommend the hot meatloaf sandwich with mashed potatoes, smothered in a rich, brown Country gravy. Great place to enjoy a Hometown Family breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Absolutely the best place to go for breakfast in town, hands down!! Ask for Charlay to be your waitress she's amazing!

We were on a skiing trip and stopped by to have breakfast on our way back. Service was great! Fast and professional.

Food was ok, hashbrowns were kind of soggy. American potatoes were great, coffee is surprisingly good, and pancakes were great. Good place to stop by.

The Spearfish Millstone will forever be one of my favorites. I ate here several times when I was in school at BH. The waitstaff are always friendly and accommodating, and the food comes out hot, fresh, and quickly. My husband and I ate here last weekend and it took us right back to our college days. Our relationship started over a late April breakfast at Millstone, so this place will always hold a special place in my heart.

I went here for breakfast this morning. The pancakes are light and airy and perfect. So delicious! I had their breakfast special...for 5.55. You can't beat that. Teo eggs, two bacon strips (good 🥓- not too salty and perfectly cooked) and two sweet cream pancakes. The house syrup is really good. I don't know what kind it is but it doesn't leave that plastic aftertaste. The server was very nice and attentive. Coffee was good!
Would for sure eat here again! 😋

Ate here with my dad for the first time what a great meal and the atmosphere takes me back to am easier time in life. I really enjoyed the food staff speedy service and great taste thank you and God bless

Millstone is so awesome! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and no breakfast restaurant I've been to can compare food wise. The pricing and wait time is pretty good compared to some other restaurants around our town. The cake and pancakes are both delicious, and I can definitely recommend the iced raspberry tea. Thank you Millstone for the awesomeness you bring to our town!

Wonderful Breakfast in Spearfish, SD on the way from Deadwood to Devil’s Tower along Hwy 90. Service was fabulous! Food was even better. The eggs Benedict were to die for!!!

Best place I ate while in South Dakota. It was like eating at my Granny's house. I highly recommend it if you like good country cooking. Chicken fried chicken is delicious. The turkey fajita soup was great too.
