I gave her 1160 to do the paper work for my divorce. My ex and I were not fighting over anything. In fact to this day years later we get along just fine and co-parent our son. All we needed was paperwork filed. She Screwed around to waist time. Like look at this then send it back, is this correct, make a list and send it back and forth a hundred times etc.....Mind you there was no argument between my ex and I. She jacked us around to waist time until she told me that she would need more money to keep working my case. To this day I am still married. This was like at least 5 years ago. Why are there so many lawyers that feed of the poor, less fortunate? Don't they make enough money off actual tough cases that legitimately actually take many hours to resolve? I never even met her in person. I actually thought it was a scam for a minute. I think it was.
