I actually just had a problem with my billing. They took the extra time to assist me in figuring out exactly what I needed to know. If you are going anywhere else for insurance you're crazy!

This business looks like a house. The business is actually a bit behind the house. Parking up close is limited. The sign for the business is wood framed and not up high. The people who work here have always gone the extra mile for my family. Even when we had some issues with our homeowners insurance they fixed the problem after hours. I have never had a bad experience here even when we have had difficulty with paperwork, it was a no problem, "problem". I've since moved 5 hours away from Getner and I will never switch to a different company. They always put the costumers first.
