Great location found everything I was looking for plus more. Also with their prices compared to Snapon or Mac tools I always find more to buy at a greater value.

Great prices and amazing staff.

I purchased a mitersaw and got it home. Had no instruction in it and sawdust all over it. I called the store and spoke with a team member who directed me to Kyle. Kyle went above and beyond and then some, to make everything right for me.

Quality of the merchandise just keeps getting better. The store is clean and well organized. The selection is impressive. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Recently I was very pleased to learn a large item which was shown as special order on the website was actually in stock ready to go in the store. Took it home that day when I expected to have to wait a couple of weeks.

The Owosso location is top notch and the mgmt should be proud of this one. This store brings the once sketchy HF into the top tier equal to any other big-box.

Yes, some items are clearly built to a price, but most of it represents not only fantastic value but actually is objectively better than the versions sold elsewhere for higher prices. Harbor freight is killing it as a "disruptor' exposing the gross overpricing by big established names that have off-shored their production. If I'm going to buy Chinese tools, I might as well get them from HF because I know the quality will be better and the price lower than the similar item sold elsewhere. They are doing a darn good job keeping overhead down and service up, unlike certain tool-truck outfits that need gigantic mark-up to cover the cost of fancy trucks, expensive sponsorships and inefficient organizational structures. People used to laugh at a HF brand on a toolbox. Now I laugh at suckers who overpaid and got less buying trendy names!

The store has only been open a short time and it seems as though I am there every other day. Great deals on tools and accessories. The employees could not be friendlier or more helpful. So far I have bought the 60 inch wooden workbench and the multipurpose workbench for my shop in the garage and in the basement. You can’t beat the deals especially with 20% to 25% off coupons. Not to mention the free stuff you get. LOVE this store.

My local Harbor Freight is virtually empty. Not their fault, what with the virus & everything going on. But I needed a new floor jack and some tools and they didn't have any. Literally not one jack in the store. So I called around, this one said they had plenty of jacks, so I made the hour & a half drive. They weren't lying, they had every model of jack in stock and lots of colors too. A huge store, well stocked & very clean. Nice people. You can use their coupons right from your phone too, I saved just over a hundred bucks on my purchase!!! Get the HF Coupon app from the app store for the very best coupon deals. Would recommend highly, thanks.

Cheap life time tools. They may not be snap on but equal to the husky brand that home Depot pushes.

Literally the best customer service in the state have been to over 10 harbor freights around the state never have I ever been treated with such respect

I am just glad they decided to bud one closer to where I live. Granted the other one wasn't too far, but this is a welcomed addition to the area. I enjoy the sales and low prices. The store is nice and bright too. It's funny how the stores as a kid I was drug around town to are the exact stores I enjoy as a adult. Funny how that works. I always look forward to the emails and the catalogs in the mail to see what they have on sale.

I love this store! All the employees are extremely helpful with us that are just learning about tools. I shop here for any new project!

I bought a compact pancake style compressor, an accessory pack for quick air tool changes, and a finish nailer. So far, what they say is true, Harbor Freight has quality tools and low prices.

I freaking love harbor freight. Great deals on all kinds of tools. I bought dremel attachments that work great. I also always buy my nitrile gloves from here. They always have coupons and great deals on almost everything in this store. I'm so glad they opened a location in owosso

We joined their Inside Track Club and saved a ton today. Our cashier explained everything to us and all the workers are super nice. We will be back.

Ever since my Dad took me here I find tools we dont have and we need always finding something I want I missed or over looked but love tools being a woman I know its important to buy the best because if not you replace over and over so buy the name you trust and employees are willing to help if you cant find what you need this is one of my favorite stores
