Extremely helpful staff...they went out of their way to assist with shipping our modem back as part or an exchange. They spent 30 minutes with customer service ultimately reaching resolve.
They feel more human-like than many bot-like customer service workers that don't know the first thing about connecting with the customer! Love this crew. 🫡🤘🏻

Went into the T-Mobile store in Owosso for assistance with transferring my data from my old phone to my new phone. Madison was so helpful and so friendly. The Sprint system was down in the store at the time but her and her co-workers went above and beyond with customer service on the phone to try to complete this task, ultimately they were able to get the system up and running and got me on my way. The three of them were very pleasant and helpful. Madison stated she hadn't been working there very long and I wanted to let her know that I appreciated her kindness and expertise!!!

I was very distraught with an issue I had with my phone and the two ladies there did whatever they could to help me find a solution. I was at the store for about 3 hours and Tracy (I believe is her name), was super professional, kind, and understanding throughout the whole situation. It was my first time there and I had a wonderful experience! I'm very grateful for their patience and kindness towards me(:

Extremely professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. She went above and beyond expectations I typically have when walking into a phone store. Not only did she figure out how to lower my bill and increase the service but also has assisted my wife with her new phone for the third day in a row. I recommend this provider because of the T-Mobile home internet fast and furious Wi-Fi ever and because it's got beautiful download speeds and upload speeds too also I can upload videos more quicker and then using when I found out these speeds are turbo fast I end up watching the videos on YouTube player that's how I found out T-Mobile home area is totally awesome!

I am a huge fan of T-Mobile now because you got blazing fast speeds in the world of course and I love those big giant speeds especially when extremes speed of 640Mbps and the T-Mobile home internet the turbo blazing fast internet in the world

Knowledgable, friendly and very patient crew. I took my teenagers to upgrade their phones and the crew went above and beyond to help my teens to get the phones they wanted.

Staff was super Knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all our questions and educated me and my uncle on Flamingo dance lol 💃
