What a hidden gem! I’m passionate about authentic tacos and this place filled my heart and belly. The service was extremely friendly, the tacos Al Pastor and Carnitas was awesome. Will be back, many times!

Best tacos around! I'm sure everything else is just as high quality. Awesome, friendly service too. Someone mentioned they should offer chips and salsa - they did when I went last week! Great little restaurant.

My new favorite Mexican restaurant. Got the taco dinner, they were very flavorful, loaded with cilantro and green onion. Waitress was very nice, speaks perfect spanish and English. Prices were very good, very clean restaurant.
Their sauce has fruity notes, everything just seems a little better than you would expect.

Wow. I love this place. I’ve been to countless authentic Mexican restaurants in Michigan and beyond. I’ve tried all of the ones in Pontiac and Mexicantown. Los Amigos is fantastic. Their carnitas tacos- a sure way of judging the food- have been on point each time Ive gone. Delicious, slow cooked pork, and they fill the box to the brim with grilled poblano peppers, onions and fresh radishes as well without you even asking. Their beans are also fantastic- something a lot of Mexican restaurants fail at for some reason. I also highly recommend the shredded chicken flauta. I have yet to try their fish or various soups (they have so many choices!!) but I can’t wait to. I hope this place sticks around for many years. Also bonus points for actually wearing masks during the pandemic. You’d be surprised how many cooks at other places think they don’t need to.

Everything's nice and neat, it's authentic, the family was there I watched them make it to order everything's made in house the spread was set up very nicely especially for a to-go box

I don't know what authentic Mexican tastes like ... But I feel like this is definitely it.

Been coming here for a long time. Happy hour never dies 😁💃. Love the weekly specials, too. So much shopping in the area, you'll need some good food and drinks to relax.

Our family got take out from Los Amigos this past weekend and it exceeded our expectations. It’s hard to find authentic Mexican food and did not mind the drive for their amazing food! Their tacos and tortas were absolutely delicious. And we loved their raspados too ( Mexican style snow cones).

I really appreciated how the two ladies were taking the recommended precautions for food handling during this pandemic 👏🏼👏🏼 Will definitely be coming back!

Love this place! This is our go-to for tacos, especially on taco Tuesdays. Their nachos are also pretty good. Haven't tried much else on the menu though because we just love their tacos so much!

Got the steak tacos for me and my workers for lunch and they where amazing.

Handmade Tacos, burritos and chimighangas with plenty of choices for fresh toppings. I enjoyed beef tacos with fresh cilantro and sour cream. They were very good inspite of the fact that I ordered them to go and was unable to eat them for over an hour. The restaurant was clean, there is plenty of seating inside and the staff was fast and friendly
