Had a very pleasant experience switching over to the Version network. Their team member Ryan, helped me make the switch and provided excellent service. He was able to get me exactly what needed, made the whole process a breeze, and was very transparent with me when I was asking about the billing. When I returned to the store to receive my devices, I was assisted by another fantastic team member, Nathan. He helped me set up my devices and was very knowledgeable about them. He even cleaned my charging port on my old device (which was filthy) Thank you to the Owosso Verizon team! You all are fantastic!

Had the pleasure of working with Nathan to get a new phone and some changes made to our plan. This young man was fantastic to work with, he was calm, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I really appreciate the service he provided and will be back to see him for our next purchase.

My 93 year old dad went there thinking he needed a new phone that would of costed 300+ dollars. The gentleman that waited on him explained some things and told him his phone was fine ... he did not need a new phone. THANK YOU FOR NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SENOIOR.
