I went in with a kinda odd request, I knew how the offer had to be set up but wasn't sure if it was going to go smoothly or not. Gage and the other gentleman were really helpful and pleasant to deal with, they got my account figured out with ease and I was happy to leave the store with a new data plan and phone upgrade. The store location is well kept and clean as well, which is a bonus.

I just felt you needed to know about how lucky you are to have the staff working for you at the Verizon store at 1975 E Main Street here in Owosso, Mi....every time I have gone in for some assistance the person assisting me has always been very knowledgeable, great personality and honest. As a 73-year-old woman I never walked out of that store feeling inadequate or all of information I was just given was over my head. They explained it very clearly to me and I have passed on to friends and family the wonderful experiences I have had at the store,.....especially with Charlie and Mitchell.

We recently switched from Sprint to Go Wireless Verizon and couldn't be happier. Our customer service rep (Nick) was very helpful in taking care of all our needs. The staff is awesome and friendly. They work very well as a team. The store is very clean and well organized. I would recommend this store to everyone.

We live in Durand and since this location has opened up I don't feel the need to ever go back to Flint for service. The employees are friendly, knowledge and honest about what may help or not. They're a small service store and not many people seem to know about them, so they're never very crowded. Service is fast and efficient. I would highly recommend!

Let me start by saying Cody (and the regional rep. who happened to be there ;D) is awsome! He took the time to go over our upgrade options, was very knowelegble/informative about the products, and not pushy at all. After visiting stores in St. Johns, Lansing and Grand Ledge, I have finally found a Verizon Authorized Retailer worthy of my repeat business! Very refreshing. Keep up the outstanding work!

Terrible experience. Paid $70.00 for a Screensaver, it cracked in 2 weeks, Verizon blows you off to the manufacture, they do not have a phone. I later found the same thing for $20.00 on amazon
