St. Pierre Ace Hardware

I went to Ace today, in Monroe. As soon as I walked in Chris greeted me with a hello. Dave immediately, said what can I help you find? I showed him what I had and told him I needed a washer to fit this.
He corrected me and said I needed an O ring. He kindly helped me find the size I needed. Granted it was only a .99 O ring but Dave went out of his way to help me. I did pick up another item while I was there. Chris was at the cash register, very friendly and signed me up for an award card. Took his time to explain the benefits to me.
I will definitely be going to Ace for any other home improvement items I need, verse the larger stores, that don’t give the personal care.
Kudos to Dave and Chris for making my morning pleasant.

Walked in with a dishwasher fitting that wouldn't work. Sales associate in plumbing helped me manufacturer one from their bins. Will be coming here instead of big box stores in Monroe. Keep up the amazing work

I had a key made yesterday at this store and I will be sure to return next time I have hardware needs. The gentleman who made my key was kind and professional and made my key quickly. It works great!

Last time I went the store was very busy due to recent power outages and flooding in the area. Despite having a huge number of people in the store, an associate was able to help me find what I needed and the staff worked diligently to both get all the customers checked out efficiently and keep everyone in good spirits.

Very knowledgeable employees. I went here to find a fitting I needed for replumbing my pop-up. Other places had stuff I could "make" work. This place had exact fitting I needed and looks much nicer than what other places were suggesting. Prices are higher than the likes of lowes. But sometimes you get what you pay for.

The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. I did feel sorry for him though. They seemed to be short handed and he was in great demand. Customers were a little unhappy with the time it took to check out with only one cashier.

Good ole time hardware store that still has customer service in mind. Worth the stop and everything close. No walking five miles to buy a screw then another five to buy a light bulb

Very friendly and as always very very helpful. They have a huge variety of outdoor garden art and I want it all. Lol

Workers here are very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a lot of selection. The prices are high compared to the big box stores, but it is easy to get in get what you need and check out. I wish they were open later on weekends for those last minute needs when working on projects.

They have everything!!! And lots of knowledgeable men on the floor to help you. Not like Lowe's where there is NOBODY that knows anything.
Come to Ace you won't believe how much they have and smiling faces too.

People working are always nice and very helpful. Clean and tidy and they have all kinds of odds and ends. Really pretty lawn and garden ornaments.
