Assistant manager was very helpful. Came up with a solution that cost under $10. Could have very easily sold me a battery since I was an "out of towner". Just needed to clean the battery posts, put a shim on one and tighten.

Google, I've attempted to post at least 4 times. I keep trying because I thought it was important to comment about the quality of service I received at this store last summer. The service manager and team there were awesome in getting me hydraulic hoses for my ZTR mower last year. Awesome price, quality, and timeliness. I needed a second hose, and all I had to do was call and it was shipped to my local O'Reilly's with no muss, no fuss.

Huge shout out to Paul and his helper that was there tonight, I called at 9:45 and they had a part in stock for me I live out by Laingsburg and they stayed 15 minutes past close in order for me to get my part. Above and beyond the call of duty thank you so much.

We were in Owosso for a weekend softball tournament, we live an hour and 45 minutes away. Our rear driver side blinker went out and we did not have the tools needed to change it. We stopped at O'Reilly's and asked if we purchased the bulb if they could change it or lend us the tools needed and change it ourself. Thank you to Austin A. for changing it for us! Great service!
