I got a great deal on a flexsteel furniture set, truly an unbeatable price! Can't wait to get it home. $99 delivery and set-up is money well spent also. Spent an extended amount of time trying this set out in the showroom and it is amazing. James who showed me around and sold me the set was awesome as well. Very knowledgeable and informative about what he's selling and even got me this set at a lower than advertised price. I would definitely make a purchase from there again!

I was involved in the purchase of a power lift chair for my mother, who couldn't go to the store because of health problems. The chair we selected was incredible, but didn't work for my mom. Big Sandy accepted the return without any issue. You can be sure this will be the first place I go when I next shop for furniture!

Absolutely fantastic experience shopping at the Cadillac, MI store. The team was so fun to work with and provided a lot of time for us to browse the store and answer our questions. Alesha was awesome. She shared that she was new to the store, and as needed, Jon (Sales Manager) assisted with information and support. A very collaborative team. Tyler was also very engaging and supportive. Superior customer focus and great team work.

I signed up to get text alerts and when I saw one about Lane Furniture going out of business and Big Sandy getting their inventory and passing on savings up to 70% off, I knew now was the time to go shopping for a new sofa. I was so impressed with the variety and especially the prices. They have a great selection of just about every type of furniture you can think of with amazing prices. I paid over $200 more from Godwin’s for my current couch over 15 years ago! I can’t wait until my couch arrives next week! It’s made in the USA and is very comfortable! I got throw pillows for free too!

A very easy experience, as it had been many years between a purchase for a mattress. Went in knowing exactly what bed we wanted and the salesman looked up availability of all the parts. He then guided us through choosing between the type of mattress needed given our sleep habits. Would recommend.

Excellent experience! We drove about an hour so I could try out a specific mattress on New Year Day. Kenn was a great salesperson. Helpful, knowledgeable, & attentive. Not pushy or anything. We thanked him, but left with nothing except information, pricing, & our experience with the floor model to consider. However we made the treck back again & returned a couple days later to finally make the purchase. He had us take some time to lay on it again & make sure we were satisfied with what we intended to buy before we signed anything.
It was delivered today (about a week later, but we live 50 miles away, so this was decent)! We received notification about the driver's location while they were on the way, and were able to be ready to welcome the delivery professionals in the driveway. They were super great! Very quick & thorough with their work. Also, they were extremely polite & kind. I'm uncomfortable having strangers in my home usually, especially during COVID. So it was nice to feel at ease with these employees. I would definitely return for repeat business, or recommend to others.

Had a great experience at Big Sandy Superstore. Found a couch I liked and the salesperson Dawn Dixon showed me a couple other options without being pushy, then left us alone to make a decision. I actually went home to think about it and then went back the next day to see Dawn Dixon again and purchase the couch. Great service without being hassled. And the prices were better than the other 2 furniture stores in town. I will definately shop there again.
