I got in quick. Just settled in for the long wait I was told to expect, but then they finished repairing my tire and put it back on rather quickly if you ask me.

Definitely the best customer service and tire service in town! Dan's consistent kindness, along with whoever else is working is always first class and above and beyon whenever I stop here. Always my go to place! Today especially being stranded with a tire coming off the rim, as always they took care of it and any issues caused from it. I just want to say how AWESOME this place is. So I needed 2 front tires but my van won't start yet and this AMAZING guy named Dan came to my house took off my old tires went back to the shop put the new ones on the rim and brought them back to put them on my van😭😭🥰🥰 SO GREATFUL FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS. Dan took care of the tires on my truck a few months ago and we got new tires on my wife's car today. Customer service is great and he always give me acouple options with explaining the differences in tires. Thanks for everything, see you when we're ready for rotation!

Bought tires, as well as the tire warranty, a few weeks ago. I brought the tire back in with a hole and had it fixed nice and quick. Unfortunately, I experienced a malfunction with the fixed tire on my way home. The manager was extremely kind, even reached out to me later that night to help me find a tire repair shop open and that I'd gotten home safe. Tire factory was able to get the tire fixed the next morning. Overall, great experience with a team that actually cares.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They presented us with options to choose from. The wait for the service was not long. They offered a speedy checkout. Then I noticed they carried lawnmower tires so i bought two of those. Would highly recommend.

This business sets the standard for quality and customer service! The prices here are as good as you can ask for and if they don't have what you need they will get it asap. I've never had such a great experience with any other business even outside of the tire business! The people who own/run/work here are geniunely great people! They go above and beyond all expectations and I say this because they have consistently proven this Everytime I go and for the things they have done that I would've never expected nor asked for them to do! I highly suggest if you have tire issues or just want new tires that you make this the place you go!

We had a blow out on our camper- not the best start for a vacation, but the Tire Factory saved the day! 4 new tires in an hour. I requested Lightening McQueen pit crew speed, and we got it. :) Very courteous and professional service all around. Thanks Dan!

VERY HELPFUL!! Had a flat tire and was stranded at a gas station and they sent a guy with a tire jack and tools to come help me get my tire off and take it to their shop and fix it for me. Gave me a great deal as well! Best service hands down!

Every time I come to this store they are amazing. They have save me so much money. Their nice and get me in and out without having a long wait. Coild ask for a better place to get tires!

I came all the way from Brighton to get my tires from the tire factory! Great customer service and they worked to get me the best tires for a great price. They got me in right away. So driving my mazda through this snowstorm is like driving a monster truck. Thanks Josh for all the help:)

Quick service at a reasonable price, been doing business here for years.

This is a great shop. I had a total flat and ruined front tire. They were able to replace it with a used tire for $20 and had it done in a few minutes. Definitely recommend this place!
