Black Hills Energy

They messed my billing up multiple times but I went through fire and ice to have them fix it. Now out of nowhere, my bill is 5 TIMES as much as it is for the average month. Was paying $35/month, new bill says $158. Wasn’t given a clear explanation as to why but oh well, they’re the only gas option in Chadron.

We have been out of heat all day. I called this morning at 10 am and was told you dont do same day service and that we would have to wait until monday to get someone to fix our heat. My husband just had surgery and we have 3 kids in our house and need heat especially since its snowing here. So I was then told they could come today but it would be 237 and hour. It's almost 9 and no one has showed up yet. And you have been here multiple times for the same thing and has never been fixed.
