Mosaic Early Learning Child Development and Preschool

Mosaic Early Learning has poor customer service, lacks information for parents, rely on one manager for resolutions, put children on waitlist without notifying parents, staff resign and noone communicates, noone can give you a timeline or details about enrollment process, if you are not low-income the program is not free. If you are over-income your child probably wont attend their neighborhood school. I started my process in April. I was told I was on a waiting list in August. They are not efficient or considerate of the community's time.

The manager Courtney referred me to ECDC herself. She knows that she and her staff is not providing a quality program.
The same day I met with the Manager Courtney, she sent me a letter telling me I was disqualified. After she told me I shouldn't have any problems getting qualified. I went from waiting list to disqualified because I expressed my disappointment in her staff's customer service and her inability to manage. She wrote me a letter the same day we met. She sure did find time to do that quickly. but nothing else since April. The only communication I got was a disqualified letter after I made a complaint. smh petty.

I submitted an application to ECDC, same day I was accepted and registered. The process was smooth and welcoming.

I am glad I went to ECDC.

Disgusting behavior from many teachers. More worried about a check more than anything. The students don’t mean anything to anyone here at the Camden location.
