Verizon

I was a little hesitant to use this Verizon store due to reading past reviews. But Aaron, the manager was amazing! I got the newest iPhone and Apple Tablet. They were both in stock and Aaron also hooked me up with everything I needed. He was so helpful and nice! I highly recommend this facility and Aaron!!

Nikki, spent over a hour with me getting new phone, she explained everything, transferred stuff from old phone to new, then she transferred data from husband old phone to my old phone since I got a new phone husband got my old phone. She did try to get husband to get new phone but he wasn't having it, he is set in his ways. She was great will always come in and ask for her to pay my bill because I don't pay on line. Because of her being polite and nice I will wait if she is not there, too pay my bill.

Our visit was timely yesterday. We have had multiple contacts with Aaron and consistently been pleased with his service and product knowledge. I hope he receives appropriate corporate recognition!

In town to visit my Mom in the hospital and lost signal on my normal phone the moment I entered Nebraska. Stop at Victra to get a new pay as you go phone and Tanner was extremely helpful. We had issues getting Verizon to activate the new phone and Tanner stayed a half hour after closing to make sure we had a working phone when we left. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and an asset to the business. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

Aaron was outstanding. He did not make any promise that he could not deliver upon. His customer service was unparalleled and should be used as a standard for all Verizon salespeople! My wife and I will return to Verizon, and we will definitely make certain that we continue to deal with Aaron in the future!

I love this store!! Sage and Aaron are the best!! I’ve been in other Verizon stores before but nobody has been as good as these guys in Alliance. HIGHLY recommend shopping here. I don’t know who these people are leaving bad reviews, but they apparently aren’t happy in life. Sage and Aaron are awesome.

They staff talked, joked and positively engaged. They were helpful friendly and understanding. They did not push me into anything, they explained stuff well and even when they had a slight issue they made zero excuses and just fixed the issue. Will go back when needed. I adore those people!

Alliance location was seriously great to work with. Josh and Sage were super helpful and informative on whatever questions I needed answered. Josh was very handy when dealing with my screen protector and phone case. 10 out of 5 for sure.

Aaron was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Aaron is great at what he does, very nice, will get you in and out in a jiffy Good place, done me well so far. Don’t see a reason why I would stop going here 😀
