Salamanca Fire Department

Let me tell you that these men are very professional in everything they do. They are a paid department and there are at least 7 volunteer fire departments that are within 6 miles that they can call to help them. I was in the Kill Buck department for close to 16 years before my health began to bad. Salamanca Fire had save my life twice. I'm very proud of all of the men that work there, the only thing is they need more men on each shift as the EMS side are very busy and sometimes overwhelmed with ambulance calls need breaks once in a while. Salamanca is about 24 miles from the hospital that is pretty much why they don't have time for breaks when a lot of calls 1 after another also there maybe 3 or 4 men on duty at a time SO please get a couple more men so they may take turns. Thank you men hope there are more people out in Salamanca that appreciate the fantastic job you do on and off duty.
