I cannot recommend Swan Street Florist highly enough. Not only are the arrangements I ordered absolutely gorgeous, but Amy was incredible to work with. Her attention to detail and desire to make your floral dreams come true are unmatched! Not to mention she’s just the kindest, sweetest person!

I live in Florida and I called in the morning and ordered the birthday confetti bouquet to be delivered to my moms house in Salamanca today for her birthday. Late order I know but big shout out for a job well done to Amy. She had so many other flowers to deliver today because of other occasions. So she was very busy already but she took my order too and was out of one of the flowers that go in the bouquet so she had to order it and truck was late. So she stayed after closing times to make sure my bouquet was just perfect and delivered the day of her birthday. Thank you Amy for all that you do at that shop..

When we had our funeral service for my mother in late May, I ordered flowers to be used at the service. The person I spoke to listened carefully to me as I described the need for something that would be placed near her ashes in the church. I also wanted something that reflected what my mom would have chosen...I could not have been happier with the beautiful and simple arrangement which was perfect in every way.

When we pulled up, we saw it was closed but then a lady ran over in her slippers and was able to help us get a flower bouquet 💐 set up and it was very pretty and not too expensive definitely using them for my wedding 😜

My dad ordered flowers for my moms birthday because we were staying at the casino for a girls get away. I called to find out an approximate time, the person I spoke to on the phone was an absolute delight and delivered the flowers ASAP....Definitely recommend this place!!
