Fantastic group - only reliable pediatric practice in Zanesville. Docs are professional and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Schmieder has been our daughter's pediatrician for over 2 year and we have never had any issues. He is personable and professional. Great bedside manner and empathy. Highly recommend.

I've never had to wait long for a scheduled or sick visit. The triage nurse always calls back in a timely manner. Dr. Singer-Clark is great with both of my boys! She listens to all of my concerns and treats us like family. The nurses are great with kids and very good when giving shots, etc. The remodel of the office looks wonderful as well.

We see Dr. Minnis but there have been times where we have had to see a couple of the other doctors when he is not in and I will say they are ALL lovely. My family and I love the comfort of knowing we we always have the best care and answers when we visit.
I genuinely recommend primecare pediatrics if you’re looking for a place to genuinely care for your children!

He is fantastic with my son. I wouldn't take my son anywhere else. By he I meant Dr Matt Schmiedler, he comes into the exam room and gets on my son's level to talk to him. That makes my son feel special, and it makes me appreciate him.

Love love love Dr. Schmieder. The fact that he care in such a great way he won my heart. He thinks and worries about his patients shows how great of a dr he is.

Only giving 3 stars because they have the WORST office staff the nurses and dr’s are amazing and that’s why I stay

Total hit or miss with this practice. The triage nurse is usually very promt. You can get a last minute sick appointment that day if you call before 16:00. But if you want to schedule a well appointment you'll be pushed out, my daughter just got her 6 month exam at 8 months old because they couldn't schedule us. We've seen a number of the doctors. Loved Dr. Somple but she left to start her own practice. Really like Dr. Schmieder too. Dr. Minnis was okay but we waited an hour past the appointment time for a physical and flu shot. No issues with Dr. Reilly, also waited a long time but that was a sick appointment although scheduled the morning of for late afternoon. Their nurses need to learn to phrase the question as "formula or breast milk?" not "breast or bottle?" as it is distinctly possible to feed expressed breast milk exclusively. The biggest issue with this whole practice is that it seems like they've taken on more patients than they can handle. I shouldn't have to plan two hours of my morning for a doctors office visit with my infant for a basic well exam and routine vaccinations.

We called 4 days ago and asked to be taken in for new patient. All of our info was taken and 3 days later we get a voice mail stating they no longer accept new patients! That could have been relayed to us initially!!
