Buyer beware! Small businesses look elsewhere! Dustin Pohlman will laugh in your face, like he's above you! Even with your equipment broke down from his techs negligence! Under educated techs with problems that shouldn't occur! If they were trained an not Sent off without having more on the job experience!

Rude. I asked for discount and this B replied no so rudely. Horrible customer service. Although it's just looking at one of my air conditioners, it's expensive asf. so I decided to call and ask for a discount but they said no very rudely. And on top of that they loses their business cuz I won't ever call this place again due to rudeness. I don't see how Is it 5 stars. But ya, bare with my language although I didn't use it fully.
