Ottawa Hearing Aid Center

The was very friendly and helpful. The lady explained all test she was going to run. And explained my test results has well. She explained what was going on in my ear. She told me what I had to pay out of pocket and she told me what she could do to help me to get a set of hearing aids. I plan to get a set but might have to wait this spring when tax returns.

Jane and her staff were very friendly. I appreciated the way everything was explained and all my questions were answered. It was reassuring to know they are on the cutting edge of technology. Highly recommend them.

Jane and staff helped me with setting up an evaluation for a cochlear implant. Although I didn't meet criteria at this time they have been working diligently on improving my hearing with the Genesis hearing aids. They answer all my questions and pursue answers to situations that are new to them. Always ready to see me if needed.

Very professional, yet helpful and positive. I've had a few adjustments made to my hearing aids, and Jane and her staff are pleasant and eager to make sure my hearing aids are working correctly. I’ve been going to the Delphos Hearing Center for 12 years. Jane has kept up to date with the top of the line technology and equipment. Hearing test are available without hearing aids and with hearing aids. Has the ability to adjust the volumes. She and the staff are customer service oriented. Appointments are kept on schedule. They have all the inventory in the office you made need. If you have insurance they can help you submit the claim.
The office is very clean and comfortable. Office is decorated for the seasons The customers chat with the staff when they are leaving.

I have been with them since 2017. The people know what they are doing. The hearing aids are modern technology. They have various models. the can test your hearing and recommend the best model for you.

I came for any appointment with Jane, in Jan. of 2022. I had just been diagnosed with sudden onset hearing loss, from a virus. I found Delphos Hearing Aid Center through a discount program, with my husband's insurance. She was to be my 2nd opinion. She soon became my only needed opinion. I can't say enough about the compassionate care I received from Jane and her daughter Briann. I truly believe they truly care for their patients. The visits I have made for purchasing, programming and follow ups are simply amazing. The new "ears" are incredible and so are these Ladies. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care.

Delphos Hearing Aid Center is the Best!! Jane and Brianne will answer all your questions. It is a learning process and they will help you you through it. The first 3 months are challenging as you begin to “hear” again! You eventually forget you are wearing them and forget to take them out before showering or going to bed! Then they become a habit like taking off your glasses.
