I have been looking for a certain style coffee table for quite awhile and decided to stop in Westrich where I was greeted by Dawn. She was simply amazing....she knew what I was looking for and showed me a table that I loved but I was concerned it was too big for the space. She took her time with me....looked up other options and actually moved the table to a space similar to mine so I could judge the size. It was a close call and any other sales person would have just wanted to make the sale but Dawn was truly concerned that it would still be too big for my space and after getting home and reassessing the space I realized she was right the table would have been too big and I would have been unhappy. Dawn went above and beyond to help me, she made me feel like a friend not a customer and I can't say enough about the outstanding service she gave me.

Beth helped us so much! She showed us so many different options on sectionals.. electric vs manual, different types of fabric and colors! She was very knowledgeable about everything! Always great service and knowledgeable customer service! Highly recommend purchasing your next home furniture from Westrich’s!

Dawn was very helpful picking out patterns and colors for us for our new couch and chair. Very nice store and the people working there. They also offer free shipping to your home which nowadays you don't get that very often

From start to finish my experience was top notch. Heather my saleswoman was Great, she understood my needs and directed me to a recliner that will last a very longtime and it was on sale.
What really impressed me was the service after the sale, they kept me updated on delivery which was free. The 2 delivery Gentleman really really impressed me, they moved out my old recliner and put my new one in place. They were very professional and courteous. These are the guys behind the scenes and leave lasting impressions and they sure did because of those 2 men I will now only buy Furniture from Westrich.

Just an absolute beautiful furniture store. Staff were all really friendly, and not pushy at all. Kayla was just a joy to work with! Prices were great and so much pieces on display to look through. Went to probably 9 different furniture stores and this was my favorite. Highly recommend! If your looking...this is the place to go!

Delphos, OH may seem like a sleepy town off of U.S. 30. But the gargantuan selection of this store will have you woke up and wide-eyed. They need to hand out maps. What doesn’t this place have? I’ll tell you: tacos. When it comes to furniture, they’ve got you covered like chunky sausage gravy over biscuits. Put on some walking shoes. There’s room after room after room of furniture for every crevice of your home. Nicole was a great store associate, helping me pick out what I wanted. I recommend this place to anyone and EVERYONE. Many sale items also. Check. Them. OUT.

Going to Westrich is always like going home. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere with pleasant, knowledgeable staff. There’s so much fun to be had in seeing all the fun ideas for decor, and the end result with purchases proves to be of the utmost quality. The delivery team has always been extremely professional and quick, respectful of the home and careful to prevent any potential damage in moving items. I don’t think twice about where to go when I need home furnishings!

Everyone is great, from the sales people down to the delivery drivers. Sales doesn’t push you, delivery drivers care about each piece they bring in. Wonderful prices also

Excellent customer service. We had the attention we needed in addition to time alone to look by ourselves. The staff educated us on the different types of sofas : the type you "sit in" vs "sit on", quality of the sofas and to look at seat width/length. We bought a reclining sofa and matching loveseat. Westrich offers free delivery within 50 mile radius. Another important factor is if your old sofa set isn't broken down and doesn't have rips, the delivery crew will pick up for $25.00. This gave us peace of mind on what to do with our old sofa/loveseat. When the time comes for us to purchase new furniture, I'm not wasting my time looking around, because their prices were spot on and overall experience cannot be beat.
One other thing, the delivery crew were great!

The rocker recliner I purchased is so comfortable! The delivery men were exceptional! Will be purchasing more furniture from them!
