Aurora Urgent Care

I have never visited an urgent care or ED when ill. It was a difficult decision to go in and the NP who cared for me was very personable and made me feel comfortable. He was thorough and caring. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility and provider to anyone in need.

I had a great experience, even on a busy Saturday morning. The staff working the front desk were all helpful, kind and caring. Wait time was quick and reasonable but I did get there right when they opened to assure I could be seen quickly. My visit with the physician was great and I feel like I received good quality care. My big fear was going in not being heard and being sent away that there was nothing that could be done. My physician listened to my concerns, examined me, and then went over what she was prescribing me to get me feeling better. I felt relieved and that I had received the proper care I had come there for!

It was simple to make a reservation for urgent care through the livewell app. The wait time was very acceptable. The care my daughter received from the nurse and NP was just that, care :) Thank you Aurora

My experience at Aurora Urgent Care in West Bend WI has always been a great one… The Dr’s, APNP, RN’s and staff always greet me with a smile and when they see me in pain they demonstrate empathy…

Very professional, friendly and courteous. It didn't take long at all to be seen. Waiting room, hallways and exam rooms were extremely clean. Very pleasant. Thank you!

Been waiting over 3 hours for someone to see my son, and still waiting....but it's kinda cozy in the lobby🤭
People were still kind and willing to work on a Sunday. Been helped by these guys so much over the years.

The entire staff from the service desk, nurse and nurse practitioner were excellent. Terrific experience in a time of need.

The front desk ladies are super friendly and the doctor that I seen, was amazing. Won’t hesitate again to going back to this facility!!!
Fyi- I was in the area, working construction. Got sick and this urgent care had me in and out less than an hour. I used the online reservation to hold my place in line.

I slipped on the ice, & needed x-rays, & diagnosis. Everyone was considerate, caring, & well qualified. Did not take long to be treated either. So glad they are in our community to care for us. Sincerely, Christine Blanchard

Setup an appointment online, and received a reminder. Was called on time. Nurses and doctor were very friendly and attentive to my medical care. Very happy with my visit.

They listen and don't make me feel rushed.

Chiropractor is amazing thing you for sure not going to regret it afterwards, I recommend you to try!

Always clean and staff is nice. It is always good to set up an appointment online or call to do it, otherwise you may be waiting for a long time. 😀

Remember this is an urgent care facility, not your primary care physician’s office.
I was treated fast, everyone was friendly and Dr. Jahnke was very professional and awesome!!!
