What an amazing experience! I had Rachel who sold me my car! She is truly the best! She walked me through everything step by step and was so kind and patient! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I brought my parents along for support. She treated us so well and was so kind and honest. I was blessed to run across this amazing dealership. Rachel was our salesperson, she was awesome! It was My boyfriend and I’s first time buying a car through a dealership and she walked us through the process perfectly! My boyfriend drives a truck for a living and couldn’t be present to sign papers and she allowed me to take the papers to him!! Gene Porter is the most professional dealer I’ve ever done business with. Hands down the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Looking for a 2023 Canyon AT4. At first they had one on order but as soon as the original buyer backed out they reserved it for me. The truck came in on a Friday night and Gene had the truck and all the paperwork ready Saturday morning. Great communication throughout the entire process and absolutely no pressure. No need to go to Lubbock or Amarillo if Bender can get you what you’re looking for. Thanks again Gene!

I cannot say enough about the courteous demeanor, professionalism and diligence that Carl Michael put into finding me the perfect vehicle. He took the time to actually talk to me and made a physical, hand written wish list of what I hoped to find. He then spent an entire afternoon showing me what he had available that fit into my parameters and my budget and with absolutely no pressure to buy. He put together a great deal for me and offered a very fair price for my trade-in. The whole experience was very rewarding for me. He also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and had no issues on my drive back home. That's service after the sale and indicates to me that I'm not just another dollar in his pocketbook. I drove 300 miles from Las Cruces because he came highly recommended - it was well worth the time and the drive. I absolutely love my beautiful new (used) car and it was exactly what I wanted.
