I'm bought a beautiful steer paid over $3000 for it. It hung for over a month in this guy's shop. That's 15 days to long. I guess somebody's mule deer was more important than my beef. The meat is butchered it's horrible whoever cut this must be blind. I will never have anything cut at this shop again. If you want to throw your money away go ahead and take it to this guy. T-bones?
