Was able to reach them quickly through phone. Traveled 3 hours to get to their office and I was finally able to get seen. They weren't closed to the public, I didn't have to wait in line, and the lady was very helpful and friendly. I was able to get my social security card name changed and done in less than 10 minutes.

Excellent team work. Answers and returns calls. Always friendly and willing to get answers to difficult situations. Real advocacy for constituents. Very fortunate to have this office and people in Aberedeen.

I have dealt with SS offices in the past, but I’ve always felt like a number and not a person. I usually speak with LJ and he has been truly amazing every time I speak with him. Treats me as if I’m a person and shows compassion!

They actually allow you to go in and were very helpful on the phone!

Sent in the documents that required for me to change my name on my social security card waited 40 days, they still sent me my social security card with my married name on it. Called them about it The guy was really really rude. Then he told me I'd have to wait for my documents to come back into me from them and re-mail them again.
I did this almost 2 months ago because I need the social security card for college courses that I need to turn in a copy of it with my correct name on it. And now I have to wait another month to 2 months and hopefully they'll get it right this time.

The ph service is horrible ........have to press this button and that button and still dont get to talk to anybody .
