They made sure i sent all the proper paperwork and documentation, which resulted in my daugther getting her American Citizenship. Ms. Carson is a No- Nonsense lawyer who is very transparent with the process. She makes sure you are aware and communicated about where your paperwork is at, what state and what kind of issue you are currently looking at and how it can be dealt etc., I was able to get my temporary green card process expedited in months, while the typical wait times are in years now. I was also able to get my work authorization expedited and this all came with no additional charges. (other than the cost of forms and paperwork itself). Polaris is probably the best bet when it comes to immigration attorney in town. They are very honest with the work they do.

For over a year my brother that lives in the outer Fairbanks area had been dealing with a probate issue after the sudden death of his wife. Through my employer we have a nice Employee Assistance Program benefit which allows us to receive legal advice through a referral service from CLC Legal Access Plan. After one simple call they supplied me with just one contact, Italia Carson with Polaris Law Group in North Pole Alaska. She listened to the many many questions I could toss her way during the 30 minute consultation, of which she patiently went well past. She made me feel very comfortable in going forward to recommend her to help with my brothers needs and to get his probate issues taken care of. Italia was able to supply my brother with all the necessary paperwork to get all of his accounts, title and deeds in order in just a few short days.

I went into a debt consolidation which the contract really wasn't clear, I talked to Italia and she was so helpful, she listen to what I wanted and then took the contract apart and explained everything to me. I felt relief from something that had been bothering me for quite some time and now, the only stress I had is gone. There are so may other situations she can help you with and she is really easy to talk to. All you have to do is fill out one of the questionnaires on their website (The easiest way to get a response) and they will take care of the rest.

I highly recommend Polaris Law Group in North Pole, Alaska. Very professional, answered all my questions plus helped me in putting my will together with issues I never thought of. Plus the firm's military background is a plus for understanding veteran issues.
