Food Lion

Went on Wednesday due to the fresh 🍣. Delicious!

Started going to this Food Lion since the one in Clarksville would either:
1- was always out of what I wanted and/or
2- the Instacart person(s) would accidentally leave out items ordered.

Have not had this problem with the Centerville Food Lion. It's great!

People don't know this, but food is often cheaper here than Walmart. There's also stuff here that you can't get at Walmart, and some of it is a must have in my household. And it goes without saying, but the atmosphere is infinitely better than Walmart. All shopping trips are unpleasant for me, but Walmart is like a never ending sensory assault, whereas Food Lion only slightly puts me on edge.

I always love shopping here. They seem to have just what I need and the cashier's are always super friendly.

Our favorite place to visit when on vacation at Sugar Grove. Love the variety of jams and salsas.

Nice store always stocked full with lots of fresh veggies and meats no complaints and shop here often 😀

As I've stated before I have been coming to the store since I was about 10 and at that time it was called Winn-Dixie but since it's been Food Lion it has nothing changed but the name to Food Lion that's it it's a great store it's in a great little strip everything around it is accessible and everything in the store is always on sale so I highly recommend shopping at the Food Lion on South Boston Highway

Always a good location has some of the friendliest people... it is my go to food lion

Neat and clean...I love it!

This is a nice Food Lion that's well stocked. Average prices for Food Lion and the staff is great especially Cathy and Larry in the meat section. Larry will help you in any manner he can and cut whatever you want and he's good at it. Cathy is super friendly and very helpful. Tommy, on the register, is awesome too!

Excellent Food Lion, very clean and I've never had any problem finding things. The one time I couldn't one of the employees helped me and we found it. The prices are what you'd expect from any grocery store in the area. Great selection. Continues to be one of the best in the area.

The people that work in this store are awesome, and the store is clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the selection and availability of some food items are not a strong point. I don't hold that against the store though, given COVID issues.

I LOVE my Food Lion in Centerville of South Boston, VA!! The store is clean, the produce is fresh, the employees are friendly, especially Jimmy Ferrell, that works in produce. Everyone is nice from the manager on down to check out.

As usual this Food Lion was clean, well stocked, well lit and the employees were excellent. I had Only one problem: the zucchini in the produce department was the worst zucchini I have ever seen. It was undersized, badly colored and too soft. Add to that the price of $1.19 lb and I was livid!! I would rather not find what I'm looking for than find a horribly overpriced but sad and unuseable version of it. I had to take a few deep breaths, woo sah and walk away. Luckily my visit was topped off by my cashier following me to the door to give me the squash that I had inadvertently left at the register. THAT and the fabulous deals I got on squash and my pizza is my typical visit to this Food Lion.
I'll be glad when veggies are in season again!😁

A young lady by the name of Nae was checking out customers, but was also customer service rep that day, she assisted me, when others just
watched me standing there.This young lady was very cordial and she is the reason for my 5 stars!!

Nice clean store. Shelves always stocked. Workers friendly. Only thing is they don't cook enough chicken to have on hand in the deli .

Food Lion Cane Creek. On rte.58 is a good place to shop.

Great store. Never too crowded unless it's a holiday weekend. Clean bathrooms. Helpful team. Has neighboring stores and restaurants. Curbside pickup option available.

Great store their produce and meats are like the pictures you see in the flyers, perfect and fresh. They have organic foods throughout the whole store thank you.

Expensive compared to Wal Mart, but MVP is the way to go. I use coupons, and always check each weeks low prices. ** Meat Department cuts meat to your liking...and its always perfect."

I had forgot my card to pay for my groceries and I told the cashier that I would be right back to pay and they didn't put my groceries back they were very nice and understandable
