McCollum-Ferrell Shoe Store

We are not from this area and just visiting for the day. The shoes on display in the windows caught my attention and we stepped inside. They were not the usual run of the mill shoes. Throughout the store they carry higher end brands and some more unique styles I have seen in stores before. The owner is very friendly and talkative. He likes to hear about you and where you are from. We had to wait a few minutes for help because he gives personal attention to each customer. I loved the pair of shoes I tried on and helped my husband with his Christmas shopping for me. They even offer wrapping if the shoes are a Christmas present, which my husband appreciated. If you are a dog person you can also visit with Scout.

McCollum-Ferrell is rare find. A real shoe store offering quality products, excellent customer service at competitive prices. In a world of self service stores or online buying, it is refreshing to discover that there are still stores like this one.

I buy most of my shoes here; boots, sandals, casual… The quality is worth the price and the customer service is iconic. I travel 5 hours to shop here. Thank you Mr McCollum!

Their selection was wonderful and the styles were up to date. They had something for everyone! The sizes were fully stocked! Prices were reasonable. The best part was the customer service! He was honest about how things looked and fit even if it cost him a sale. His store mascot made the shopping experience perfect!
