I wanted something to eat and I realized that they fix food so I went in and got me 2 hot dogs since I haven't had one since I came back and they were really good

The food is delicious. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries and it was fantastic. It looks like a bait and tackle box store on the outside, but the inside is full of deliciousness. They are also open for breakfast and I'm looking forward to trying their breakfast items too. And I love that they put your fries in a covered container so they can stay warm longer. If you are looking for some home cooked grilled food, this is the place to go.

Local treasure. Breakfast biscuits/sandwiches are best around. Fast service with a smile! Never had a bad experience at Gene's. Also has ethanol free gas, a must if you want your 2-stroke to last more than a year.
