I feel very comfortable talking to my H&R Block professional. She's very knowledgeable and very professional. That's why she does my taxes every year!

My experience at H&R Block is always good. I have been going there for years. My tax preparer is always knowledgeable. Appointments are always on time. Overall they are great people.

The people was so nice especially Pam Ray. She has been there for over 20 years and is one of the best at her job.

Met with Jessica today for a tax amendment. My previous tax person back in Texas messed up two separate areas on my return, causing me to get a letter from the IRS that I owe rather than getting a refund. Jessica fixed it all and was amazing. Will be back next year!

My husband and I have been with H&R Block 4 years now. We love the attention to detail and the security of having them in our corner if the IRS comes to call. We are a low income family of 6 so tax time is extremely important to our family. Every year the tax preparers are courteous and kind and they do what is best for each individual customer. H&R Block is the only place we will trust to handle our families finances.
