I've been taking my daughter to the Marion office for 10 yrs now.. I and My daughter just love Mrs Henley, she is very hard to get in with, but I'm never disappointed in any of her employees or with any diagnosis.. The office ladies are so sweet and kind and the nurses are very caring and helpful... SO I GOVE A 5!!!..
Until I'm proven wrong this place is My #1 Pediatric Office

Love my Royal Oak Peds Team! They listen to you, explain things where you can understand, they are super friendly and very accommodating when it comes to appointments! Trust them with all three of my kiddos!!

As a new mother, choosing the right ped was vital! I am so HAPPY that I chose Royal Oak Peds, they are outstanding! Dr. Henley and Becky are two of my favorites but I think highly of the entire staff. It is a warm and inviting office with staff who really care. They are even open on Saturdays, which is great for a working mom like myself!

We love Dr. Etter! She always takes time to answer all my questions and this first time mom has alot. She is young and has 2 little ones of her own so I feel like she can relate more.

Great physicians, nurses and staff! We switched to them when our daughter was only a few days old and could not be happier with our decision. The office is clean and inviting, and our little girl loves the doctors:)

I have nothing but gratitude for the staff & physicians at Royal Oak Pediatrics!! They have went above & beyond in treating my grandson & doing everything they can to try & figure out what is going on with him!! I can't thank them enough & I am so thankful that I chose to take him here!

Prompt and professional while keeping the children calm.

Used to be a wonderful place to take your kids! Now the last 3 times that I’ve tried to make a sick visit appointment I’ve been told that I need to take my children to urgent care because they are double booked and can’t see them. Very frustrating.

Dr Henley is rude and has an attitude at every appointment. Waiting for hour or more. Scheduling is a mess and no one knows how to do so. Disappointed. Disrespectful Dr.

I used to love this place. But in the past couple of years it’s quickly going downhill. Dr. Henley is still an amazing doctor, but you’re lucky to get into her anymore And Dr. Etter is now gone. Dr Brittney shows a lot of potential, but also hard to get into. One of the new male doctors they now have working scared me out of ever trusting him with my Childrens health, he’s unable to answer questions and responds to every question with “well I guess” and “I’m not sure” and seems completely clueless. The nurse practitioner writes everything off as allergies. You’ll also be waiting your life away in the waiting room or your car as the wait times are now horrible. The receptionist up front are nasty and unorganized. You might be lucky to get a nice one here and there. And billing is a nightmare. They can’t keep track of payments to save their life. Thank goodness for bank statements, you’ll need them for proof you’ve made a payment! I don’t know what’s happened to this practice in the past couple of years, but it’s sad to see what was once, in my opinion, the best pediatric practice around, turn into what it is now.

UPDATE: I called to make an appointment, and was informed they dropped my kids as patients due to my negative review. My review is honest, Its horrible that honestly is apparently frowned upon at this practice.

I hate this place. I try to get a appointment for something but all they say is go somewhere else. Every time I talk to them they say the same thing. I'm done going there, they haven't helped me since I went there.
