GARY'S SOUTHERN GRILL

Great little local restaurant. I had the medium cheese burger and sweet potato fries, which was plenty and and then some. Then I had the banana pudding. Next time I will get the small burger so I can have more banana pudding. That banana pudding is delicious. The service is friendly and efficient. Carry cash because they do not accept credit cards.

A great little family-owned restaurant with outstanding steaks, plenty of other good comfort food, and friendly service. The steaks are even bigger than the menu claims!

Great fresh food, served timely and reasonably priced! I loved the hamburger steak tonight with fresh homemade fries and salad with homemade dressing!

Mr. Gary shows out in his kitchen! This hamburger steak was fan-freaking-tastic. I am not a picky eater but certain foods I prefer cooked a certain way. Sadly most times people cook hamburger steak med well or well which makes them dry but NOT Mr. Gary. It was Med and PERRRRRFECT... Oh and the portions are GENEROUS! you might can't tell in the picture but there is 2 patties there and not thin pre frozen patties either, they are fresh hand pattied.. Then his grilled shrimp is just yumm and those sweet potatoes fries are delicious and have the perfect balance between soft and crispy. Plus when you enter you are greeted with a smile and a good evening have a seat wherever you like. The service is always fantastic. They take a lot of pride in all they do and it shows!

The atmosphere and Service was outstanding and the Food was excellent.

Great Food and a wonderful staff. The Large shrimp and fries are fantastic. Smoke pork chops oh wow sooo good. Please stop by Gary's and try out the amazing food and friendly atmosphere.

The absolute best steak in town (or well, anywhere). So tender, juicy and you won't need steak sauce. We've tried several items off the menu and everything we've had is made fresh and cooked to order. All of the food is amazing!! Very clean restaurant, very friendly staff. Our favorite place to eat, hands down.

Great food! Wonderfully priced! Local southern food. It's always so good no matter what. It's a simple menu that's wonderfully executed. I've never had someone make sweet potato fries right! Where they're not mushy. It's cash or check only. But it's awesome to be supporting a local business.

Food is good. But if you order take out be sure to have plenty of time, they put take out order behind any orders. If you ask about they aren't very nice. Expect at least 45 to 60 minutes to wait for takeout. I have wanted fried gizzards and they were great.

The steak and shrimp here is delicious ! And the owners Gary and Tammy are such sweet people and genuinely go out of their way to make your experience amazing! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back ❤

Well my order was to go so didn't really get the atmosphere, but the food was excellent and the service was great.

Family oriented. The absolute best place to eat. Everything is perfectly cooked and the service is spectacular!! I would give more stars if I could.

Stopped by on my route back home from vacation. Searched google maps for something different that wasn't a chain resturant. The entire staff was very attentive and never stopped moving! I don't think not one person working there did not stop to say hey or if I needed something. I ordered Gary's cheese burger and it tasted great! My wife ordered the hamburger steak special and mentioned it was very good, especially the cole slaw she had on the side.

If your in the area, please, by all means treat yourself to some good ol' southern hospitality!

What an amazing restaurant! Best steaks around!! Shrimp special is my all time favorite. The pork chop is as good as most steaks. This places cares about what goes on the plate. A true family restaurant!!

Fantastic food! Thoroughly enjoyed the Ribeye, baked potato and okra! Also the salad bar! Sweet tea was just right! The service was amazing! Very nice and genuine, family oriented business! Will be visiting often!
