Paula Roofing has been a lifesaver for my family. Our house is unusual with 3 eight -sided pods connected with a porch and a center room. There are a number of different roofs which require the roofing be precise. We had a leak in one of the structures. A number of roofers worked to fix the leak but each was unsuccessful and leaking continued. A friend referred us to Paula Roofing. They came out, inspected the roof, immediately identified the problem, and repaired it. We have not had any issues with leaks since then.

I needed roof repairs when I noticed water damage on my ceiling after a rainstorm. I reached out to a few roofing companies and Lilly from Paula Roofing, LLC was very professional, informative and accommodating. They were able to come to my property the very next morning (day before Thanksgiving) to evaluate the damage and provide a free estimate. They explained in detail what repairs I needed and the amount of time it would take. The roofers were scheduled for Friday (day after Thanksgiving) and arrived on time and did a phenomenal job! After they left, everything was clean and no debris was left behind. I am very happy I used Paula Roofing for the work I needed! I also have piece of mind that they provide warranty for their work.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my new roof. Everyone who I dealt with from the company was professional, kind, helpful and responsive. When work began they were timely, hard working, clean, courteous and kept me updated on their progress. They provided me with photos and cool drone footage of their work in progress as well as before and after pictures for my insurance company. They were quick with the job (5 days from start to final inspection) and when I spoke with our Town’s inspector during their inspection, he confirmed the job was done with quality workmanship and the method used on my flat roof was one of the best ways for a longer seal. This company is the ultimate in style and excellence. From their clean, uniform appearance, custom vehicles and equipment, to courteous, quality service, you can't help but be impressed. Paula Roofing  and its employees are highly qualified, professional, licensed, insured, and fast workers. In fact, they completed the entire job of replacing my roof in exactly one week; including the in-progress and final County inspections. (The actual roof stripping and replacement was completed in a day and a half). This company works with you to make sure that you are happy with their work; and their work is BEAUTIFUL!  They are also very thorough and meticulous; they passed the final inspection the first time, with no exceptions. Beyond that, the workers are NEAT!! I was AMAZED at how neat and careful they were. They clean as they go, and when they leave, it's hard to believe they did all that work. I highly recommend this company; they are honest, their prices are very reasonable, and they will work with you. When my roof developed a leak several years ago during Hurricane Irma, this was the only company out of 4 that did not take advantage of me or overcharge me. They came through for me and actually saved me a lot of money. They also pick up the phone when you call, and respond to your emails in a timely manner. I could go on and on about this company, but I won't. Instead I encourage you to try them for yourself. You will not regret it.
